Amber 07

This is such a unique take on a middle eastern fragrance and I have personally never smelt anything like it. I will start off by saying that this is very unisex and it doesn’t lean feminine or masculine. 🧡 To me, this is a spicy, sweet, warm and woody fragrance. It smells like you are baking a dessert in your kitchen and you blended medjoul dates with cinnamon and some vanilla and you are burning some bakhour (incense) on the side while baking. It also has a strong and warm ambery base throughout the entire wear, which makes it very sensual and resinous. 🌴🪵🔥 Like all swiss Arabian perfumes, this one has nuclear performance and it is extremely potent and long lasting. It lasts ALL day and its sillage fills up an entire room. Also, did I say that this is a very Arabian smelling fragrance? It has a very middle eastern vibe with the thick and sweet dates, spicy cinnamon and the incense and woody notes. Overall, a gorgeous and unique fragrance. I actually ended up giving my bottle to my mum because she was OBSESSED with it and she kept spraying it and saying how beautiful it smells.

I didn't like the first 3 minute of it as it smells medicinal but upon drydown, this smells like hybrid of grand soir (mfk) + reptile (celine) but in a skinscent level. Hidden gems in mideastern perfume is swiss Arabia. And its designed by Guerlain's young generation. I also Got "angel spirit", Gharaam & Valencia (same nose behind of Althair) THANKS TO KIND SALES LADY NAMED Mary in IBN BATUTA whose patience assisting me in testing.

This one is so strong, if you don ́t like in your face fragrances - don ́t buy this. I really like the longevity and the projection, I only went to smell the top of the fragrance and I feel like I smell it in the room :D It reminds me of Bouquet ideale by Xerjoff on steroids, that is as sweet as the sweetness in Tobacco vanille by Tom Ford - but not tobacco only the sweetness

This smells really good with a layer of grand soir! And no, it is not grand soir or pehaligon's blazing mr sam. And it is also not any kind of fragrance that is already there before (which is a plus point!). I haven't had a sample on Cairo, but I believe this is unique on its own. With the price and performance, this is really an awesome sweet-ambery fragrance.

This is straight gas. Outlands before Outlands. It does resemble Grand Soir and Centaurus but to me it's most similar to Rayhaan Terra, which is supposedly a very close inspiration of Amouage Outlands. Scent wise this is a 10/10 for me. Not sure why this one is not as hyped as the rest of the heritage line but I'm very happy to have it.

I would say it again...Swiss Arabian does not miss👏🙌!!! This is a stunning ambery🍂woody🍁fragrance with great projection & sillage!!! Dates🫘, amber🍂, patchouli🌿, sandalwood🪴& this beautiful sensual rose🌹that holds the fragrance from top notes till dry down. Chef's kiss💋💫, scent 10/10🥇

This fragrance Amber 07 is sexy it’s spicy and sweet yet it’s very Amber forward it’s unbelievable I love it so much prefect for colder winter I find it’s very similar to Centaurus by Creed but it’s smoother and sweeter more unisex I absolutely love this scent

This would be top 20 of my whole life if it didnt perform so faintly. Waiting to see what maturation does to it but still a perfect 9.5 just for the blend itself.

Lovely peppery smell! It’s quite like Penhaligon’s Blazing Sam. Absolutely Gorgeous and unisex.

I like it although it smells like a dupe of Amouage Material. I own both.

It has almost the same drydown of "Le Lion" chanel... the ambery & woody.

This fragrance was a blind buy for me and really caught me off guard. I did not expect it to be so high quality. It's very similar to Grand Soir but for a fraction of the cost. It's ambery, it's spicy, quite sweet and cosy... Perfect for the cold weather. I just love it.

i have been looking for a dark night scent and i think this could be a nice benchmark for what i want, it's deeper than khamrah and hypnotic poison so this is on my list as a maybe

The opening is cinnamon heavy, which draws Centaurus comparisons, but they differ quite a lot in the drydown. Amber 07 has a dry earthy drydown, reminds me of Amouage drydowns actually, without the funk. Dates, incense, patchouli are the main notes to my nose. Performance is on the weaker side.

I blind bought this and im very pleased. Not sure about the price/size analogy though. It's a very familiar profile if you have other sweet ambery perfumes: cozy, warm, sweet amber and some earthiness. It starts with a blast of alcohol as soon as you spray (i found that to be the case with all three Swiss Arabian i bought) but after that you can tell that this is a quality perfume. The date note is center stage, the patchouli is quite minty from the start. The rose is a soft whisper. It's lighter than i expected generally, and the blast of alcohol at the start tells me i have to let this sit for a bit.. Generally it falls in the middle of all categories: it's not super sweet, it's not super spicy or dry, the incense is very light and adds warmth, the patchouli adds earthiness, the rose adds liveliness.. it's very well balanced overall. The performance is not very good right now, i'll see in a few weeks

dude calls himself @CNCxFRAGHEAD, doesn't know what decants are, gets pissed it's not another Khamrah clone. make it make sense. amber doesn't mess around, actually gets a bit linear if you're not paying attention. lot of stuff going on but you gotta work for it a little. old school medical in the opening blast, quickly dries into a woody dried fruit, takes a little for the floral sweetness to balance it out. improves with a little age, although takes its foot off the gas compared to 01. much more wearable outside of winter and into autumn and early spring, although blind buying takes balls or stupidity, this isn't trying to be best friends with everyone.

Interested to find the saffron/oud/sandalwood accord from Al Qurashi Blend and Safari Extreme, Abdul Samad Al Qurashi's house equivalent of the Guerlinade, pop up in echo here. As an early career Paul Guerlain, I'd say Amber 07 is inherently collectible. I'd add all the more so as I doubt it will be in production long. As others have noted, it has poor longevity. My guess is this is inherent to Luban Jawi based fragrances; Annick Menardo's Bois d'Armenie for Guerlain is another evanescent benzoin beauty.

This is very similar to MFK "Grand Soir" and maybe a little similar to Calvin Klein "Obsession" for women, only much lighter and more wearable. It's a little sweet, a little incense-y, a little woody, and just plain sexy ambery goodness. From the second I sprayed it on myself, I knew I was in love. It lasts VERY well and makes me super nostalgic. Not sure what it is that's doing that for me, but I like it! I give this a 9/10.

I hardly get any cinnamon smh. I don't want this, I wanted something totally different. A different scent profile & its not masculine in any way at the moment 😒😑

I don’t love the opening. There’s sweetness from the dates, and it’s definitely powdery, but almost a little dusty/stuffy. Its old smelling at first. Once it settles it softens down a lot, it’s a nice fragrance. Powdery, spicy, sweet, fruity. But not for me. I gave mine away.

I found this discounted & decided to blind buy. Someone mentioned below that it smells dusty & i 100% agree. Heavy incense, amber, & patchouli i smell nothing else listed.. so far it’s a like not a love. Can’t wait to experiment further.

I wish I would have purchased this instead of Amber 01. Amber 01 has NUCLEAR performance so if you're wanting to switch, I'm here for it.
