Cardamom and Apple

It strikes a good balance between spicy and fruity. I find it well blended and easy to wear. The orange blossom sticks out and gives the scent a bit of earthiness and bitterness that I find pleasant, balancing out the sweetness well. Sometimes fragrances with laconic names, like this one, do themselves a disservice by selling themselves short. The scent itself is more complex than the two notes in its title -- maybe it's a clever way to underpromise and overdeliver, but alas, it deserves a more exciting name and bottle, because I really like this.

It's Armani Code Profumo with a distinct apple note in it. So if you look for Code Profumo: Apple Edition this is right for you. Performs real well btw, I am talking 8h+ and I sweated and went for a swim in the sea in that day, my GF could still faintly smell it on me afterwards. Can be worn almost anytime except warm summer days, I did anyways but who cares.

I c why would someone feel it's like code profuma but nah, this is something else. you have to love cardamom to like this one. it opens with a high dose of cardamom which takes its time to fade away. then the apple and amber notes start to push in and make it awesome. u gotta wait a bit for it though. a good cheapie from swiss arabian

Cardamom and Apple is an overdose of fruity sweetness. Right from the opening, you get a very sweet apple sorbet drenched in mandarin syrup (which comes across as rather synthetic), combined with a sweet, powdery lavender reminiscent of classic lavender fabric softeners. By a wide margin, this is the sweetest fragrance in my entire collection. Overall, it reminds me of an intensely fruity accord combined with the scent of a pink, liquid lavender hand soap—with strong projection and excellent longevity. For many people, the first spray may come across as a bit screechy or piercingly sweet. For me, however, it's just on the edge of being too much, but still acceptable. I can hardly detect any cardamom or other spices, which is why I would rather rename this fragrance "Lavender and Apple." The fragrance develops in a very linear way. After a few minutes, the intense fruitiness settles down, leaving behind a soft, powdery lavender sweetness with a warm amber note. It sits right in the middle of the unisex spectrum and can be worn equally well by both men and women. To me, this is an great evening fragrance. It feels very sweet and sensual —perfect for a dark, rainy autumn evening. While it's pouring outside, this comforting, sensual lavender note creates an incredibly cozy atmosphere. The performance is great, especially considering its roughly 25% fragrance oil concentration. During the first hour, the fruity lavender accord projects very strong. Afterwards, the fruitiness fades, leaving behind the powdery lavender note with a subtle, sweet amber in the background.

Sweet and spicy apple, with a deep amber vanilla base. The scent is very good. Got a compliment from the first spray and she wanted to know the name so she could buy one for herself. Its a bit more feminine but still unisex enough for me to feel comfortable wearing it. Longevity is ridiculous. Be warned though there is a synthetic something about this after about 5 minutes that lasts almost 2 hours or so before it mellows out and smells beautiful. Opening banger for the first 5 minutes then a synthetic sloppy sweet base for 2 hours and then it smells nice for another 6 hours or so.

This is a strong one. Beast mode as the kids call it. Opens with a sweet spicy freshness before the lavender kicks in, and for someone who hates lavender, it's tolerable here. Projection is as insane as its longevity. Sparing spraying only please if you don't want to knock yourself and others out. It's marketed male but I vote unisex. Overall, good affordable well-performing perfume.

Its not bad but it is quite synthetic and screetchy

the quality of materials reflects the price in that it smells like it's for children / young adult's first perfume it's not bad, offensive or synthetic. nothing negative to say... it even earned a compliment. just would not blind buy this if you already have designer perfume. I would argue this is feminine leaning

This collection is rather cheap, and the ingredients are no exception. This one smells like a sweet shampoo, I'm not getting cardamom or apple individually though. Very entry level, if you're serious about fragrances I'd skip this whole range.

This smells exactly like Armani Code Profumo. Better longevity than Sapil "Bound" and slightly sweeter. It's very good for the price but expected something more interesting coming from Swiss Arabian.

No way this smells like Sapil bound.
