Hayfa

As everyone else has pointed out, I think the notes are a little bit out of order. This is supposed to be a woody floral, but it feels almost like a gourmand to me. When I first opened the oil I was immediately hit by some florals and a bit of spice, not too overwhelming though. As it started to dry down I could pick out more of the green notes and a bit of wood, it was delightful. When it completely dried on my skin, it turned into a beautiful and creamy mix of vanilla, sandalwood, and patchouli. The vanilla is borderline jasmine, which probably makes it a nice creamy scent. The woodiness of it reminds me of autumn, and I think it’s appropriate for day or night. It’s sweet enough to be worn in the morning for a date in nature with some friends, but deep enough to wear to a dinner date. It’s sweeter than you’d expect it to be based off of the note breakdown, but it’s not overwhelmingly sweet like a teenage perfume. I think this is a perfect fit for someone in their 20s or early 30s. This is an 8.5/10 for me, it was such a delight to try out!

The notes are not correct or at least aren’t in the correct sequence of what note dominates. To me, this smells like oud, jasmine and roses dipped in caramel. It’s quite sweet. But not girlishly so, no, it’s exactly what I was looking for in my age group - mid 20s. This isn’t a floral forward perfume - this is pure gourmand. A less intense version of Black Opium without the heavier base notes and coffee. It’s truly beautiful. If you’re a vanilla or gourmand fanatic, this is definitely for you. The oud that IS in there is working together with the sandalwood in a way that almost smells like graham crackers, but in the best way. Warm, woody, comforting but bright enough to grab your attention with the small floral notes that come through.

Hm... I bought this scent on a recent trip to Dubai. It was presented as a vanilla scent, and that is my strongest impression of the scent as well. On the notes here there is no vanilla _at all_. Interesting. There are also notes mentioned here, such as "spicy notes", and some flowers (lotus, orange blossom) that I don't detect at all. To me this is a very soft, powdery, vanilla scent. Long lasting and without agar wood (oud) that so often characterizes Arabian perfume oils. A beutiful winter comforter. Obviously a good mix of ingredients as well. Edit: My bottle is also different from the bottle in the picture althought the packaging is much the same.

Smells like an exotic deep blend of Vanilla and marshmallows, but not in a common way. Very gourmand, unique and not sickeningly sweet. It’s a soft, Cozy, feminine scent. I Literally cannot stop sniffing myself when this oil is worn. I too do not agree with the notes listed. I don’t agree with spice as the main notes at all. Can be worn day/night time. Even on date night, and it can absolutely be layered with perfumes.

What a beautiful powdery rose but I get vanilla too. It is just so gorgeous that I can't stop smelling myself. I'm in love! More feminine but wear what you want!

This is soo pretty on the opening, bright and very feminine. I agree that I feel that the dry down here is very vanillic. I think it's mostly rose + sandalwood, and it's done quite well. It's very lovely, I think anyone would enjoy it. 7/10

I agree with the other reviews here saying that the note breakdown for this is odd. This is warm and sweet - primarily an amber fragrance. Sandalwood is the primary note at the beginning, I think, or maybe vanilla. I don't pick up any florals. There is some fruitiness which I guess could be jasmine, a note that occasionally smells more fruity than flowery to me. Overall, it's a syrupy vanilla-caramel scent that's likely to please gourmand-lovers. It's far too sweet for my taste, unfortunately.

Way too sweet - this is supposed to be woody/spicy/floral but it's thick and cloying like a syrup, and rather than distinct florals and notes like rosemary and iris this smells like caramel to me. I'd have a hard time distinguishing this from Swiss Arabian's Casablanca, which literally has caramel as one of its main notes. The bottom line is that the sweetness overpowers any nuance or quality of composition

we have a Hayfa, the box and identifies however the bottle is different, the bottle is similar to the YouTube video Maria Carattini. the perfume is 100% Vanilla, the vanilla is very delicious, similar to Khadlaj Zainab, I think Hayfa better than Khadlaj Zainab

This oil is so beautifully blended and smells amazing. This is definitely a staple in my fragrance collection. It was love at first sniff. In my opinion it's just the right amount of sweetness. I love that its spicy, warm and sweet at the same time.

This a a robust vanilla, with some smokey facets that pull it towards being one of my favorite vanillas (and like a lot of fragrance collectors, I have a LOT of vanillas). The performance, projection and longevity, is great.
