Inara

Smells so EXPENSIVE you would think you just bought Dior or Chanel. It's sophisticated, pretty and very inoffensive for the office :) I just bought the big bottle and have already made a dent in it *crying face* normally I feel so bad for doing so when I've spent over $100 dollars on a bottle but this is sooooo delightful with the same level of sophistication of Dior, my favorite fragrance house, and it's so affordable. I'm enjoying my bottle and I hope that women who like feminine pretty florals enjoy this as much as I do Edit: This smells like the new Miss Dior (2021). I have both but this is perfect if you don't want to spend over $100 for a bottle :)

This is an amazingly versatile fragrance. Inara can literally be worn anywhere except the gym, but anything stronger than the weakest body spray is too much in a gym. This perfume makes me sing "Smooth" by Rob Thomas and Santana (only in my head as I can't sing at all :). There is another Swiss Arabian fragrance that I found to be the same DNA but stronger than Inara. Rasheeqa is like a spray on perfume oil of Inara. Check it out if you like Inara. Oh, and side note. I find this fragrance 99% Chanel Allure.

For those wondering between this and Benetton Hot, definitely get THIS! It's much warmer, cosier, softer, buttery. Benetton is harsher and more bitter. I smelled both Chanel's but don't remember them well enough to compare in detail, they are definitely similar. I just love this one so much, and for the price - GEM! People in my office all asked me what I sprayed and they all liked it a lot. One friend later bought the oud version by mistake and didn't like it so be careful which flanker you are buying.

Smooth and pretty, so so gorgeous! The sandalwood, musk and Benzoin is so beautiful, feminine and soft. I love the mid to dry down the most, which lucky for me because that’s what the perfume is. Perfect for spring and I can’t wait to wear this in the summer. I love this fragrance. I don’t agree with the comparisons of Allure at all. She stands alone. Inara is a special one X

I fell in love with a sample of this and found out it’s extremely similar to Allure. And yes. This was my gateway drug to Chanel Allure EDP which is now in my top 5. Inara is a very close copy, maybe a bit more woody and less fluffy than the Chanel, but extremely captivating in its own right!!

This is gorgeous. Luxe, sexy, soft, feminine. I found her when looking for a more affordable alternative to my former favorite, Allure. But when she arrived, I discovered that I love Inara even more. She feels complete, and no particular note sings above the chorus. My favorite, my signature!

Soft and feminine!!! This is a well blended fruity floral that opens as a citrusy, sweet floral that transitions to a fruity accord with the floral notes still very present (especially the rose) the dry down is a smooth creamy sandalwood...Full bottle worthy imo

Very similar to allure sensuelle by Chanel minus vanillia. But still the same exact scent.

I just received mine today. still kind of on the fence about it. It definitely has Chanel allure vibes , but NOT the sensuelle... I have them side-by-side. right now. at this point I am not seeing this last a whole lot longer than the allure does. Sometimes it takes time for them to macerate, so we shall see. but to me this is kind of weak just like the Allure EDP so if I change my mind, I'll be back with an update, but right now, I'm not seeing this, as any kind of a long lasting or strong fragrance in any way, shape or form, I would say less than moderate.. I like the scent it's good but very weak..

Smells floral and powdery and a bit watery. It reminds me of the drydown of an old version of Red Door I have from the early 2000's. It had a soft moist floral and powdery scent that I couldn't get enough of. The newer version doesn't have that scent. I'm glad I found a fragrance that is solely that feeling. Inara kind of also smells like a cosmetic scent like if you put on powder blush it would smell like this. If you like powdery scents this is a great value for the price. I think I got it for $24 on Amazon. It doesn't smell too vintage either!

Indeed smells expensive, Chanel-like, a bit retro/mature but exactly in a way Chanel stuff seems to be retro/mature. Suitable for women 30+ and to me has a similar vibe to mimosa-based scents. I know there's no mimosa here but this combination of peach and cassis casts an aura of powdery, flowery earthiness for a grown-up woman. It has good projection, but on me (in March, in Europe) it's gone in an hour, max. 2 hours, which is quite shocking for a Swiss Arabian fragrance. As I'm not a big fan of Chanel perfumes, this is just a 'meh' scent for me and I won't repurchase when I finish my bottle. If you like Chanel though, it's a no brainer to be checked and a safe blind buy. UPDATE: So I finished my bottle today, with no intention to repurchase. The longevity is peculiar - sometimes it stays for hours and sometimes I cannot smell anything after an hour; and I wouldn't necessarily see it related to the temperature as I tested it in different conditions. Thankfully, the longevity on clothes is better and more predictable.

Blind-buy. Boyfriend said it smelled like vape. Insane longevity as always with Swiss Arabian. I thought it came off very harsh in the beginning with cassis coming of strongly. After it dried down the mixture of roses and bergamot were major. Bought this since I ́ve previously purchased Inara Oud but this is soooooo different. Wouldn ́t recommend if you don ́t like fragrances that smell very mature. Kind of split between liking and disliking Inara.

Meh about this one. Mostly floral, but not vibing with me.

The bottle I had smells cheap. I used to own Chanel Allure. I didn't want an exact dupe, but something that smells a lot like this. I can't tell which note I dislike in this one, it is more like the quality of the perfume that astounds me. It is cloying. It doesn't smell like it has gone bad. It smells like it's always been bad. I normally use up the perfumes I've got. This is so low quality that this is the first perfume I've ever thrown.

I tried to like it, but it's a big no for me. As if several perfumes were mixed together, no harmony at all. Sharp, heavy, offensive, 1 spray lasts forever.

Hmmm... all I smell is heavy animalic musk. There's a bit of citrus in the opening then it becomes a heavy musky something. The bottle I tried at the shop smelt quite nice. Not the one I got though. I find the Swiss Arabians tend to have the similar heavy musk I don't enjoy. It's also very strong and long lasting only one spray will do. I find it similar to MK sexy amber. Quite disappointed. UPDATE 10/11/2025: I went perfume sniffing and tried Allure. Allure is instantly likable, very wearable, harmonious and soft fragrance. It becomes a bit like Inara some hours later but they're not at all identical smells but I can see how Inara can remind someone of Allure. I layered Inara with Shafaq and the smell is quite nice... but it's in my declutter pile for now. I'll give it a chance whilst looking for another home for it.

Oh... so smells like allure way in the dry down. Up front it's full bodied banger of ... iris... or something. Very easy to pass it off as old fashioned - but it also somehow isn't. Very string and full bodied, right floral, not a freshie, I wouldn't say I get a fruity leach at all... perhaps the notes are so like yesteryear scents - not realistic type. I don't think you should blind buy it

Talk about getting a bang for your buck! Inara is an extremely beautiful, well crafted, high quality fragrance with a longevity and sillage worthy of a perfume ten times its price tag. It is very similar to a Chanel or two mentioned above so worth your pennies on this one. Gorgeous!

This was a SA blind buy. I've tried several body mists and this is what I hoped they would smell like. It's a skin scent. It's soft and the perfect bedtime scent.
