Musk 01

I have only just received it and had it on my arm for the past 20 minutes. I dare to say - love at first sniff. A delicate orange blossom with lily, and these dance beautifully together. No headache inducing - just a pure pleasure sniffing the scent bubble around me. I didn't get any pink pepper, and bergamot is there but very subtle. It is not a sweet scent, just lightly sweetened by vanilla at this stage. It reminded me right away of Diorissimo by Dior, but if we could say that Diorissimo was a "bad" guy, this one is the bad guy turned "innocent". It's a spring in a bottle with a lot of air and light. Mood uplifting. So far it does not project enormously, which is a shame. I will update on the drydown, projection and longevity, shortly. Update: Longevity: 9/10 (applied for bedtime, in the morning the scent was still there, albeit a skin scent). Projection: 7.5/10 (scent bubble mostly, not a huge trail behind me) Drydown: pink pepper noticed after half an hour to an hour of wearing it (felt it in my throat after sniffing). It's quite light though. Bergamot is there all the time, but it's intensity somewhat goes up and down interchangably with two others: orange blossom and lily, but gets a bit more pronunced in the drydown, not sure why. Gentle musk and vanilla make it very cosy though. It's not a gourmand, it's not an aftershave. Definitely leaning feminine. It also reminds me of Elie Saab Le Parfum due to the orange blossom that stayes until the very end. But in M01, it is a less harsh version, extremely enjoyable. Recommended: 9/10 (projection could be a notch amplified) and longevity is great for this soft springy sent.

I meant to write a review when I first sprayed my sample but was too distracted by falling in love and adding Musk 01 to cart to remember 🙃 I don’t do ‘signature scents’ because I enjoy sampling and layering perfume so much. However, if that weren’t the case, I’d be all over this scent all of the time! This seriously could work any season and anytime of the day because this reads as cleeeeeeaaaan. There’s a photorealistic pollen note from a lily flower that’s beautiful; it’s reminiscent of when each of a lily bouquet’s flowers are all open. The orange blossom note is soapy and bright like a bubble bath in the sunshine. I think the elemi resin (particular favorite of mine) adds a fizzy interest to otherwise fairly crisp accords. This is a musk for musk lovers and for the “clean girls” who love a fragrance that smells clean without smacking of cleaning products. Musk 01 is like clean laundry, hotel towels and freshly showered & moisturized skin with floral notes and a delicate sandalwood at the base. I’m surprised to get a solid 5 hours from this fresh fragrance. I’m even more surprised how well it layers with Oakcha’s “Morning Rain” and Dossier’s “Aquatic Coconut.” I’ve gotten about 3 feet of projection and is closer to the feminine side of the gender spectrum. That said, of course, any musk lover could enjoy this. As always I encourage sampling to experience on your skin before committing to a decant or full bottle.

Veryyy lovely fragrance, i dont usually allow arab fragrances to sit amongst my niche fragrances on the shelf but this one definitely deserves it's spot. Probably the best £45 i've spent on a fragrance, its this beautiful clean scent but soft at the same time, in the opening it resembles an expensive soap and then as it dries down and becomes softer it starts to resemble a more expensive bath soak kind of, the white flowers make it lean a little feminine, perhaps 55% but nothing more than that. Lovely fragrance overall, projection and longevity are moderate but i feel like this scent profile is a 'meant to be discovered' not a 'in your face' type of profile good 8.5/10, 9/10 when you factor in the price, would 100% recommend if youre looking for something clean to wear any time of the year

Though this leans feminine, I truly love this musk. It is so addicting and intoxicating and I love opening the cap for a sniff here and there when I'm not wearing it. I feel like this layers beautifully with fresh citrus or aquatics. I have layered this with Versace Pour Homme on many occasions and it just truly transforms into this addicting scent I just cant get enough of. I know at first this could seem very heavy, and it is, but if you wear it the right way it is just so good. A little goes a very long way with this one and it smells expensive. This is a very heavy musky orange blossom neroli musk that leans feminine and is long lasting, so you have to like this type of scent to appreciate it and its not for everyone. Most men won't like this for themselves.

At first sniff I wasn't sure if I had made a mistake but I became enamored with it. It it a beautiful perfume. Dare I say, a dupe for Memo Paris Sintra. Based on the notes list they are not, but I did a side by side comparison and I am taken aback. I think the tonka bean in Musk 01 renders it slightly creamer than Sintra. Both perfumes remind me of the simple syrup I make with Rose Water and Orange Blossom Water for Kanafeh. This perfume is delicious and more suited for Spring and Summer. For the price tag I think it’s ok to blind buy as I did.

A strong orange blossom opening note but drying down to a soft feminine musk with no skanky nuances (thankfully). Although you can get whiffs of the orange blossom note throughout the duration of the perfume it is subtle and well blended with the musk. A very clean musky floral scent which is not the detergent type. I dont clearly smell the vanilla or tonka bean notes nor the bergamote which I imagine are playing supporting roles in this perfume and are not the main characters. A safe blind buy if you like the described scent profile.

Great fragrance all around. Strong clean laundry, musky smell that lasts well over clothes. It’s amazing to use as a base layer for other fragrances. I’m new to this whole collection game, and I’m skeptical about taking risks with certain influencers, but this one is great and hard to go wrong with. I will say though, specifically on its own, it’s not the greatest fragrance and there’s definitely better ones out there. 8.25/10

Wore this today on a winter hike and it was soooo pretty I am going to need a full bottle of this. This is very orange blossom heavy which is one of my favourite notes but still this is absolutely stunning. I could get little whiffs all the way through my hike and could still smell it when I got home several hours later. However it wasn’t overpowering and I felt just right for the occasion

Full force obsessed with this. It’s so soapy and clean with lovely white floral that linger for hours. It’s such and easy blind but if you like a musky clean fragrance. I am now on the hunt for all 3 of the musks from this line... the Swiss Arabian Heritage collection is outstanding so far for me. I have Rose 01, Vanilla 01, and Musk 07, Musk 74 is on the way.

Smell is decent, but this is definitely not unisex, very feminine, and the musk is very prominent. As a scent, it reminds me of clean laundry, it is alright but this is not a mass appealing scent tbh. Later edit this has matured very nicely and my gf wears it in the summer. On her this is a 10/10. Long lasting and strong clean scent.

The musk combined with white florals notes embodies the scent of a little kitten wearing a crown of orange blossoms. It is dainty, innocent, and dreamy. No spice, purely blissful musk, soft white flowers, and airy vanilla. This is the girl you only come across once in your lifetime.

I love this one. I've had this one for a few months now and wear it often. A beautiful, orange blossom Musk. Definitely femine as I could not see a man wearing this. It lasts quite a while. I do believe SA has come out with an oil to match, in looking for it.

clean, soapy, fresh, elegantly musky. think of the cleanest luxury bathroom you can imagine, the clean smell of the expensive tiles and marble architecture. that’s this one of the silkiest musk fragrances on the market. if you like elegance this is for you

Soapy clean combo of a clothes softener and sunscreen, EASY daily wearable and imo all year rounder. It starts with more softener and goes more into sunscreeny warm the longer it stays on skin. Straight STUNNER and great longevity too, around the 8h mark

An absolute bomb of powdery white florals. It’s so comforting and fluffy. I sprayed this on myself before bed and my pillow has smelled like this until the next wash. She’s powerful! Clean. It doesn’t smell anything like musk therapy like I’ve read.

Musk 01... WOW! This is beautifully blended and stunning on my skin. I'm an orange blossom fan and this is just so gorgeous. I get compliments every time I wear it and it lasts forever on my skin. I bought 2 back up bottles! 🍊 Incredible💯

Super soft and clean scent, fells almost like cold soapy putty. It is very strong off the opening and can give slight headache if you spray a lot but the dry down is so calming and makes everyone around you feel relaxed.

Olivier Cresp + Swiss Arabian. I had to get it! And did not disappoint. Very very smooth blend, elegant, fruity musk. Amazing scent. For me, totally easy blind buy if you enjoy this profile. Top quality, beautiful ❤️

Contrary to the name, this is not THAT musk heavy. It's a predominantly orange blossom + citrus combo. Incredibly well blended for the price though. Would go great in summer and warm spring days.

I am soooo amazed by this fragrance and love it sooo much. Backed up a bottle already before finishing the 1st. Great longevity on my skin.

Ordered the wrong one, thought it was musk 07, this is not for me, my bad but why do the bottles have to look almost identical🤷🏼♀️

A nice perfume, it is strong and it lasts long. Last long means this one still lingers after you take a shower.

Such a pretty clean orange blossom scent. Soft but long lasting. Slightly citrusy but balanced with the musk, so it ends up smelling like a clean girl, freshly showered and moisturised. I think this is a safe blind buy and a good staple to have in your perfume collection, both as a layering scent and as a scent on its own.

I expected more musk, but my bottle is new so maybe it will change as it matures. I love layering it with musk blend by khadlaj to give it the more musky sent. Its fresh and heavy on the citrus.its also amazing layered with jungle vibe by rayhaan...amazing together!!!!

I like how fresh it's is and at the same time it feels cozy. I'm using it like bedtime fragrance I'm also layering it with my other frags. But it feels really strong for me. Layering should be 1/5

damn good for the price! smooth. Imagine a luxury and soft Ivory soap, pretty by subtlety masculine. love it. I let it sit for a few weeks after it arrived and it smelled better after I sprayed it the day I received it in the mail. Benefitted from some time to calm down. I own and love Musk Therapy and this is nothing like it. It's still gentle and pleasing regardless. I would say it does have the same warming calming affect

Glad I bought a (Decant) first. There is nothing special about it. There are other musky scents that smell way better to my nose and at a more affordable price point. And yes, smells similar to Neroli Portofino.

This is fine. I wouldn't recommend this for musk lovers. I would recommend it for people who love white florals and sandalwood. The sandalwood makes this feel a lot more feminine to me.

This smells like straight-up laundry detergent. Definitely not my cup of tea, as it reminds me of all the pilled-up laundry 🧺 I need to do. ☹️

Very loud and sharp white florals mostly. The dry down is very nice, but getting there is a challenge. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Simular to Avon Today, but maybe better, but costs too much. For same money you can by Guerlain

I don't know why but the first thing this reminded me of was moth balls. This might be the first fragrance I've smelled where elemi is a top note and perhaps contributing to this weird moth ball reference? I pick up on the slight florals but I would say it's very soft orange blossom and lily. It reminds me a lot of a grandparent's closet smell or cheap dollar store detergent or fragrance. I'm not a big fan of this, but it's also not revolting. I wouldn't associate it with any one season.

ORANGE BLOSSOM!!!! Yes, I’m yelling, this is obnoxiously orange blossom. Like I feel like I should be adding this as a flavouring to my middle eastern recipes. Yikes. It’s way too much for me I’m afraid, but if you love that note, this one hits it hard and I literally cannot detect a single other one of the notes.

i really don’t understand how this scent is considered clean or light, i suppose it’s all about perspective. the name is misleading as musk is very much an afterthought and this is a white floral bomb. take my review with a (big) grain of salt as someone who dislikes white florals - but if you also dislike white florals or expect a “clean” musk, this is not it. if you love white flowers - orange blossom and lily - then you will love this. it gives me a headache very quickly due to my own sensitivity. as with most swiss arabian scents - projection and staying power is insane. worth the price x100 if you like the scent profile. extremely feminine. not soapy clean or musky.

Worst purchase! Cheap smell I told my friend to buy SWISS ARABIAN 01 for me in her layover. Waited a month for this one. Worst purchase ever. Terrible smell! I really don’t understand what was the hype about this perfume. Smells cheap, very close clone to Guess Seductive. I regret spending $70. Would have bought 2 khamrah’s instead.

So, I blind-bought a full bottle of this after several TikTok fragrance influencers confidently described it as Soleil Blanc by Tom Ford having a baby with Initio’s Musk Therapy and Paragon. What sold me was the Soleil Blanc comparison, as it’s one of my favourite fresh fragrances. While I understand that fragrance is subjective, this is nowhere near TF Soleil Blanc or Musk Therapy. That said, it is a lovely scent in its own right - think clean, musky orange blossom bar of soap. I was actually surprised by how prominent the orange blossom is; I expected it to sit quietly in the background, but it definitely stands out. This is a low-key, understated fragrance that doesn’t demand attention. It’s perfect if you want to smell freshly showered and put-together, and I can see it working beautifully for layering. I’m surprised to see pink pepper listed in the notes, because I don’t detect any spice at all - which is a shame, as that could’ve added some interest. What I mainly get is bergamot, soft musk, and orange blossom, with a slightly powdery, clean finish. Overall, it’s a pleasant fragrance, but not worth the hype it received. Still, it is the kind of gentle, inoffensive musk I was hoping for - just without the Soleil Blanc DNA I was expecting. Longevity is around 4 hours before it becomes very muted. It doesn’t project or leave much sillage, but it creates a soft, clean bubble around you - close enough that someone leaning in for a hug would definitely notice it.

Hear me out, hear me out: this is a feminine chemical soap bomb. Like Mugler's Alien and Byredo's Blanche had a love affair and produched a cheapie kid. It's sharpness in a bottle. Bleached hotel white sheets. Dove soap. Lillies so strong your head hurts. It's really good though: the musk is so sharp and unrefined, but it plays right into the alley of very sharp citruses and lillies. Narciso Roudrigez might be proud, but I think Coco Madamoiselle would be prouder - after all, this is so soapy and sharp on the nose that everyone in the 6 mile radious will know that you not only shower, but use copious amounts of fabric softener aswell, paired with a nuclear bomb strength scented white soap. It's nice, allright - I usually don't like sweet scents from Swiss arabian so I can't say I really adore the brand, but this really is consistent with most of their line in the sense that it packs a punch. As if detergent itself took on a human form and punched you in the face. In conclusion, after testing in air, as I'm still too afraid to test this on skin - this is mighty strong, and will penetrate all of your pores with the smell of white Coccolino fabric conditioner. Be prepared to never recover. It's good in terms of composition, but I fear whatever will it turn into on my skin, as if I don't like it, I'll never get it off.

This is SUCH a nostalgic scent for me. I am moroccan, and orange blossom (or citrus blossoms in general) is extracted and used to perfume ourselves. We use it in what we call a mricha (a sprayer) to spray it on our guests as they walk into our homes. It's a symbol of joy. We welcome our guests with that wonderful scent that's fresh and that lingers on. This perfume is 95% that. It is fresh yet a bit sweet. Like a fresh sweeted orange/neroli blossom. Clean and flowery fresh and sweet. I can detect a bubble gum note that's very nostalgic to me as well. Honestly.. Beautifully done. Now I'll put it to the test wear and see how it performs. I sprayed it on the back of my hand, along with 4 other perfumes that have arrived in the mail at the same time, and so far it's still going strong in comparison to the 4 others. My husband smelled it on me and he loves it too !

Wow... I’m impressed... This smells like fresh linens right out of the dryer at the most upscale spa. I’ve been looking for a “laundry detergent” fragrance that’s not straight up fabric softener or dryer sheet. This is so clean, fresh, elegant, and classy. There’s also something so nostalgic. It’s something you’ve smelled before but can’t quite put your finger on it. It kind of reminds me of when I take walks around my neighborhood at night in the spring/summer. There’s a breeze, flowers are in bloom, and everyone is running their clothes dryer and you can smell the detergent in the air. The notes are blended perfectly. Whether you’re a man or woman, smelling clean is universal. If you want to smell like you’re right out of the shower and put on fresh linen, this is it. My God, this is stunning.

Fantastic fragrance. Its a very airy, clean linen fragrance. When I think of clean, this is what I picture. It does project and last, however its not bold, heavy or overpowering. This is what I refer to as an aura fragrance. It elevates your presence and people can detect it without directly associating it with someone wearing a fragrance if that makes sense. They just know something smells nice in here. Its very simplistic, possibly too simple for some. Myself, I wear this every night out of the shower. Its a very soothing fragrance that I find is perfect for relaxing before bed.

This was a blind buy success. A few recommended it was similar CH cedar chic. And while I see what they are saying this to me is more citrus fresh . It's refreshing for a spring summer wear and the sillage is outstanding. My hubby came home from work 5 hours after I sprayed this and complimented how nice I smelt Layering : I was testing penhaligons duchess rose but instantly disliked it and quickly sprayed musk 01 ontop to mask it. However what I got was the most beautiful garden bouquet. Fresh cut flowers while sipping a lemonade .

I received a sample set as a gift from a perfume shop and this was one of the scents included in it. This scent DNA feels like a bit of a throwback -- it feels a bit like a womens designer scent from the 90's and a good one at that. It smells great; inoffensive and easy to wear musky fragrance with a well blended mix of white florals. It's too feminine leaning for my liking and therefore I'll settle for owning the sample and not the full bottle -- but this is definitely not bad.

They have diluted all their new bottles, rose 01, musk 01, mysk 74. They all used to be BEAST MODE, but now they clearly reduced the perfume oil in it. Every brand is showing more and more they don’t care about their customers and only want to make the most profit. I used to support Swiss Arabian with my whole heart but now they are just sell outs

Neroli and clean musk. Nothing else. Like a new clean dry white sheet on a summer morning. Or a showergel. Nice, comforting, calming but nothing groundbreaking. Easy grab on work days in spring/summer. It doesn't project too much, stays close to the skin, not a loud one. Very good option if you don't wanna make a statement or work in a hospital.

This is an orange blossom centric fragrance, if you love orange blossom I would say it is the easiest blindbuy. Stunning, airy and comforting. I’ll be wearing it with JPG classique😍 as I found the combo absolutely stunning ❤️ I am so sad that it doesn’t come in a 100ml bottle, as I know I’ll finish it within no time🥹
