Musk 07

I have never been a fan of musk heavy perfumes and I don’t know what possessed me to purchase Musk 07 without trying it first beyond the great deal that was offered online when I bought SHAGHAF OUD for the second time. Well, well, well. What a pleasant surprise it was to me that I absolutely love this perfume and it works great with my body chemistry. After trying so many Narciso Rodriguez perfumes and not enjoying them, this perfume has redeemed Musk based perfumes for me big time. It hits you very strong with the first spray with a blend of fruit and musk. I get the rose pretty quickly and I am a huge rose fan so it’s an added bonus. It has amazing longevity on clothes (well over 12 hours) and on my skin, I can smell it for over 7 hours. I know the projection is above average especially in the first hour or two and then mellows out a bit. Anytime I want to wear something that is alluring, pretty and with an Arabian touch, I always go for this. I am very happy with this blind buy and it is also great for layering so you can’t go wrong with this, if it works well with your body chemistry, like it does for me.

This fragrance is complex and luxurious, I wouldn't call it basic at all. I have a roller version and I got to receive compliments while wearing it :) The only downside is that in warm weather I start to sometimes notice a very strange note that reminds me of something dusty. Might be skin chemistry issue. So I'm happily using it for colder seasons! (considering that musk and patchouli are very prominent here, I think it's overall more suitable for colder weather)

In love! This is a sweet & floral musk. It’s mainly musk and rose on me, with a lovely touch of fruitiness. The drydown has a soapy feel. It’s almost like lotion in combination with the musk. The sillage is moderate at first, 3 hours in it becomes a more intimate scent bubble. Lasts as a skin scent for 10 hours. I’ve gotten some compliments while wearing this.

This is a beautiful perfume, on me there is not the slightest sweet note and I take my hat off to the designer that even so it is a beautiful undeniably feminine fragrance. I get the pomegranate, rose and musk and some lily in the dry down. I highly recommend this as its so unique and layers fabulously with sweet florals.

This one starts off fruity , transitions into floral rose mixed with musk and settles of musky. Very good projection and sillage for first 2 hours then settles about half an arms length for next 6 hours. No olfactory fatigue and you can still enjoy it all through its life. High compliment factor

Wow, this one is REALLY pretty, a fruity light floral. Definitely more feminine. It is fresh, clean and well...happy. Edit: It is now June and I wear this often. Flowery, slightly sweet with the most gorgeous drydown. It's great for the hotter weather.

A fresh out of the shower kind of smell. It has a sharp opening but once it drys down its beautiful.

Beautiful musky soft rose scent, it smells so fresh without being too cloying. It settles into a powdery rose. I personally don't pick up much of the fruitiness, but maybe that's because I'm too hyper focused on the rose note. As beautiful of a scent it is, I would not buy a full bottle as it's one of the pricier middle eastern perfumes and the scent is not that unique.

Floral Musk that's super strong for the first two hours or so. For me this is a playful musk for everyday wear. I don't think its as special as people make it out to be but I still like it for its projection. I still prefer Dubai Musk which is more creamier musk to my nose. But this is not bad and nice to layer with other fragrances.

(Decant) This one is actually good and I’m considering buying full size bottle. Fruty-floral musk that smells delicate and sweet.

I was really expecting something else but to me this smells like a kids sunscreen, which isn't bad it's just a bit interesting.

Its a good musk, but overpriced imo. You can get more luxurious things for 90/100 euros.

I I’m kind of underwhelmed by this fragrance. It was hyped so much by influencers on TikTok, and while sometimes it hit other times it’s a miss. Unfortunately, this one is a miss for me. From the opening all the way to the dry down, all I get is musk, rose, and parchouli patchouli and that all I can smell. It also has a slightly synthetic quality with a sunscreen-like vibe that never really goes away. As for the performance, I’d call it moderate. It projects for about one to two hours at most before it settles into a skin scent, so don’t expect it to fill a room or leave a strong scent trail. Overall, it’s not a bad fragrance by any means it’s just not one that I fell in love with. For me, it’s simply okay, especially considering all the hype surrounding it.

Cheap asf, gives me the ick love the fragrance but I just can’t get pass the synthetic ingredients in the dry down,blind bought this and I will just let it seat on my shelf or give it out

Returned. Not a love. LA FEDE OPERA ROSE L'OR by Khadlaj already covers this scent profile for me—this felt redundant.

Fabulous beautiful fruity opening. Dry down happens within 20 min the scent is pleasant but alas not MEMORABLE at all. It dries down to something akin to Dove Soap. It's a nice "okay enough" smell in the dry down but disappointingly not memorable and feeling very bored with it. I had high hopes for it and bought it straight from Swiss Arabian USA to ensure an authentic product and opted to pay a higher price. A decision I painfully regret -- as this is a pleasant but snor-ing scent. Who knows it's only been less than a month, perhaps it will grow on me. We'll see. Given my experience I am very suspect of white florals now and perhaps I've learned to find other notes that may be a better fit for me. So sad, I'll revisit in a month or so to see if anything changes.

Starts tart! Synthetic tart fruit. It ruined it for me frankly. It's sour screechy like Delina. Lily of the valley adds sharpness to the already synthetic tartness then finally mellows out some to fluffy musk and patchouli, adding some base to the scent. This was an assault to the senses. To me, there is nothing smooth or elegant about this. Disappointing. My Vanilla 01 should arrive in a few days. These scents were super hyped and thought I'd give it a go. Should have known better than to be influenced by TT influencers. My bad.

I realize this is might be just a personal thing, maybe it's my nose, maybe it's my body chemestry but I've come to realize I can't stand the schreechy blackcurrant note, it is the only thing I smell and I want to take it off, the same happened to me when I tried musk therapy.

I just received it from Notino, expecting it to be this good. All I get is musk. In addition, very faint musk, and I have a feeling the parfum is not an original one. I will have to oder a sample from Swiss Arabian directly to discern it. However, as it stands, I'd say any musk parfum out there would outperform this one easily! A bad blind buy from Notino (in continental Europe). Certainly returning this one. Update: it smells musk on my skin, and only musk, very soft, very quiet, for 5 hours. On clothes, I get a whiff (very faint) of possibly a lily of the valley. But that's it. Disappointed, and surprised as Swiss Arabian us a power house.

I received a sample set as a gift from a perfume shop and this was one of the scents included in it. The pomegranate note is very strong in the opening, but the rose note tones it down a bit and makes the scent a bit more pleasant. It's definitely a fruity and floral fragrance first -- the musk is secondary and just acts as the baseline of the fragrance, despite the name. It's very feminine and I would not wear this as a man -- but it's nice. And that's the thing.. It's nice -- but in this price range, or even below, or further below that even -- you can find a lot better value for your money. I recommend 'La Charmante Eclatant' by Maison Alhambra. It's in the same wheelhouse as 'Musk 07', but it has a raspberry note instead of pomegranate and manages to nail the balance between fruity and floral a lot better. Oh, and it's a lot cheaper than 'Musk 07'.

Just finished reading through all the reviews, and wow. Had no idea how polarizing this scent is. If you like powdery musks and tart juicy fruits, I think you’ll like this. It’s a really beautiful, inoffensive, clean fragrance. This is what I imagine a white musk to smell like. It’s just a tad sweet, but not too much. It’s more clean fruity/floral than it is sweet. I’ve been wearing it for the last few days and it’s got pretty good lasting power. Forever on clothes and maybe 8-9 hours on skin, drying down to a powdery floral musk and still so clean. I consider this to be pretty mass appealing and feel it could be great for every day wear.

This is a beautiful and strong fragrance. It's very fresh, very floral, very pretty, and you will get whiffs of it throughout the day. I received a compliment about this fragrance from a coworker this morning. Youtuber, Paulina Scharr, listed Musk 07 as one of the perfumes that makes her feel happy and uplifted. I definitely agree with her. I don't want to run out of it so quickly as I only bought it a little over a month ago. However, I will randomly pick up the bottle ....not to apply it ....but just to smell it because I do find it to be uplifting. I hope that Swiss Arabian keeps this gem in their collection and maintains its formula.

I thought this was going to be a high quality soft, fruity, tart and sweet musk fragrance, but no. It has a prominent chemical nail polish smell. Behind that it is a mix of pomegranate and floral notes, but for some reason it’s like I can smell them separately without a transition/blend. Almost like smelling a youthful scent and a grandma smell after each other. Noticeably lower quality to my nose than the other 10 Swiss Arabians I’ve smelled.

This is a fruity, blackcurrant non descriptive floral with a tiny hint of musk. Very basic girl and meh, but is pungent with 7.5/10 lasting power. Could be a teeny bopper fragrance released by a celebrity, sold in a discount store, or an overly scented fruity shampoo. Not what I expected from Swiss Arabian. Only hint of middle eastern is the lasting power and pungent ingredients. Disappointing for the brand

85-90% similar to Power Self by Initio on skin. The overlap comes from the prominent floral heart (especially rose/white florals) melting into a smooth, clean musk base. Musk 07 adds brighter, juicier fruitiness upfront, while Power Self leans spicier/powderier with woody-ambrox depth, but both project a refined, “clean girl” or skin-scent musk with floral elegance.

@zigzaga I thought the same thing when I got this one. It was just a faint musk and nothing else. But, as with any other arabian perfume, spray it few times and put it aside for a while, let it macerate. What I got after month or so is gorgeous fruity floral musky perfume with good (not excellent) longevity and projection.

Narciso Rodriguez meets Mugler Alien, but cheaply. Very sharp, technically a clean scent, but on my skin it comes out bitter and offensive. In the air it is indeed clean, but it feels slightly offensive and invasive - like at some point, enough is ENOUGH. Donating my sample because life is too short to suffer bad perfume.

Latest in my collection is Musk 07 from the house of Swiss Arabian. It is a fruity floral musk perfume that performs extremely well at an affordable price. Longevity: 9/10 Sillage: 7/10 Price: 10/10 Presentation: 10/10 Season: All year round / Summer Very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm not sure how I feel about this one. Just got it and on first impression it smells kind of dusty like dryer sheets. its not a musky fragrance at all to me. And it def smells middle eastern to my nose which isn't that pleasant. Maybe need to let it macerate for some time.
