Pure Instinct

This stuff is incredibly smooth and we'll put together. Better than most brands attempt and the do-it-all blue fragrance that are already very popular. It's much better than Dylan Blue in all areas including quality of ingredients better than Coach as well, better than pretty much all and tied equally with what I consider the best three on the market, Blue de Chanel Parfum, YSL Y Le Parfum was the highest quality release now it's a tie between the EDP and EDP Intense, and Dior Savauge Parfum with the Elixir clearly not slotted into the blue genre. And it has better performance than all other than possibly the BDC Parfum which is just a beast of a fragrance. Scent wise the profile reminds me most of Salvatore Ferragamo's Acqua Essenzialle Bleu given more lift and pop up top, crossed with Carolina Herreras 212 VIP Black. And I love it. Being I prefer heavier fragrances blues with a strong Ambergris/ Ambroxan base are my go to in the heat, and this is up there with BDC PARFUM which is my favorite, but they just removed the heavier sandalwood accord from BDC and added a nice grey amber base to this one. Highly recommend and highly enjoyable. I don't wear fragrance for compliments but I have no doubt that this one will definitely make those that do happy.

This is an awesome blue dumb reach swiss army knife.This sits in between the following fragrances BDC,Dior Sauvage,Dylan Blue,ADG Profumo,YSL Y EDP and Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme. It doesn't smell too much like any one of them it has the requisite performance 8 to 10 hours infact with strong projection for 2hrs soft projection for the remaining 6 to 8.Also on cloths it lasts 12hrs in the summer time and spring it's perfect. Furthermore this has the highlights of those fragrances with its own twist the fact that this can be had in the U.K for sub 50 it makes it a no brainer.A swiss army knife blue fragrances should never cost more than 50 as its something you use daily.Therefore you have to have the ability to replenish it easily.As such Chanel Dior etc prices are too high for this scent category

Man, I really love this fragrance. I've never smelled BDC, but since it's been so hyped for years, I wanted to find a cheaper alternative that doesn't smell cheap. Pure Instinct fits the bill!. From the few reviews I've seen on YouTube, this is very close to BDC Eau De Parfum. I get the grapefruit, pepper, apple in the opening. I don't pick up on pineapple though. Once it settles, I pick up on Cardamon, some Patchouli and the Amber and Cedar come out in the base. Smells like a fresh, clean, high end shower gel. For $40 this is a steal! On my skin, it projects for the first 2-3 hours and settles closer to the skin, but still there is a nice scent bubble for another 3-4 hours. Altogether, it lasts about 7-8 hours on my skin. I got a compliment the first day I wore it to work. I rate this an 8.5/10.

Picked up this gem not by choice though, bought me lady a gift for her birthday and she didn't like it, went to exchange the frag but she didn't like any others. So i ended up buying this. As far as i can say ....damn lucky! This is a great concoction, initial spray is fruity spicy and in the dry down the floral notes become prominent. I do not get any hint of leather though. It lasts on skin for easily 10 hours, on clothes too. the projection i feel though is moderate, although i don't know for sure, i'll ask around. Most of the SA western frags are clones of established perfumes, same as Armaf, Rasasi and Al Haramain. Mr. Edge (not on database) is a clone of TDH EDT Shawq (also not on database) is a fruity clone of Aventus Essence De La Vie is a clone of Versace Eros

A creamier less transparent juniper less version of Roja's Elysium the airy nature isn't there however the citrus/pinnacle fruit cocktail green crisp aspect is.This lasts long and seems to take the best aspects of all the blue fragrances and marry it into one.Whilst it may not be as well known as the others the quality here is very comparable.It also is affordable which is perfect for the fact its a fragrance which will be used as a daily driver. All in all its 8/10 the 2 points are knocked off for the originality that aside though this is great.

Fantastic blue fragrance which is sharp woody musky metallic and fruity.Long lasting with a substantial scent bubble this is like a more musky smoother YSL Y EDP and Dylan Blue/BDC in the dry down.Truly one of the best affordable fragrances ever.Also this has some similarity to Creeds Milliseme Imperial with less metallic notes less of a sharp rose and no dirt notes.So I would say this is a melon fresh watery scent,actually smells pretty expensive in the dry down.On a hot day it's awesome juice

EDIT: I found out that this scent is better at night cool weather. its juicy sweet fresh indoors..however, wearing this at high heat is okay but the scent becomes kinda super dry because of the cedar. This is a hidden gem. the scent is just so intoxicating. deep blue sweet freshness into it. I can't get enough sniffing this perfume. the quality is just excellent. the bottle is pretty with a heavy metal cap and enormous atomizer. give it a try. this is not expensive at all. it only cost $40.00

Wearing this for the first time and I love it. It’s YSL Y EDP on tren. Very fruity and sweet on the opening. The mid gets a little more aromatic. And the dry down is nice a fresh woody. Super versatile fragrance that I’ll be rocking year round. The price and performance on this stuff is insane for a fresh fragrance.

This is a tamer YSL Y EDP. Absolutely fantastic. Its going to be my gym scent. YSL fills a room when you walk in and people notice. This is a little closer to the skin but you are still in a nice scent bubble with minimal sprays. Fantastic job Swiss Arabian! For $25 its a no brainer.

Love it. As long as they keep making this, I would never spend any money on BDC. I do agree that BDC is slightly different. But the performance and projection on this is Stellar. Based on the performance alone, this perfume is worth atleast 200$. - Feb 2020 Batch

Yo this shit is nuclear. If you buy this, please, a couple of sprays are gonna last for a decade. No need to mature shjt and overspray. Remind me of my first fragrance, DeepSense Sport.

This thing gets you Nose Blind! AND FOR GOOD REASON. Just overspray (don't listen to the others), experience olfactory fatigue, and let the world enjoy! Compliments will 'flow'.

Nothing to do with BdC. Imagine 60% Lacoste white on steroids with 20% of Invictus and 20% YSL Y and you get this. Great performance. 8.75/10

I have no idea why people keep on voting that this is similar to Bleu de Chanel. I bought this solely cause I wanted something similar to Blue de Chanel and I have no shop where to test this. The good thing is that this is a pretty good scent and it is quite strong. On my skin this is cedar heavy, I mean heavy. Clean, bright, stingy cedar. A pinch of fruity fresh and bit of bitter grapefruit and lots of ambroxan. I like this one a lot, I don't find it to be exactly like some other fragrance, but I am still disappointed that is has nothing to do with Bleu de Chanel. Overall I don't regret this buy, but please stop with Bleu de Chanel comparisons!

Nivea blue/ black shower gel for men. Guys, the quality isn't there.. I'm sorry I brought this. It feels incomplete. The drydown is a totally different scent, maybe my skin doesn't pull this off in a good manner. Totally not BDC, wasn't expecting it, notes don't show bdc. Doesn't smell bad but It's totally not impressive. Actually the Nivea' s scent is more zingy and fresh than this one. Because of the price it's a 4/10 for me. It should.be a 20$ fragrance.

This is no way near bdc. The quality is right up there if you compare it with other middle eastern brands like Afnan Ajmal armaf rasassi but no way anywhere near Chanel. Having said it’s very similar to Lacoste white or Mont Blanc legend sprit with little added note of that middle eastern incense which works pretty well. If you want a similar smelling fragrance at even more cheaper price then I must suggest armafs hunter (the light brown bottle variant)

It's a decent fragrance. It's what Y EDP Intense should've smelled like. Just imagine a much stronger Y EDP mixed with a hint of Dylan Blue and you'll get this fragrance. Stronger apple and floral notes that are pretty powdery overall and a sweetness that derives from them paired with a small amount of vanilla. 7/10 overall for me, I prefer scents like Coach Blue or BDC EDP but this is still good, especially for the price of $30!

Smells like a much improved Bleu de Chanel. Good projection and average longevity in the summer heat. Though a bit overpriced, thats why I scored Casablanca from the same house of scent instead of this one because for me Casablanca is a much better choice than Pure Instinct. But Casablanca is a different beast. Probably the best scent from Swiss Arabian. This scent is a runner up. Overall rating for Pure Instinct: 8/10
