Wajd

its kind of a candied orange peel bittersweet to me. i am usually very conservative w my sprays due to budget and aesthetic constraints but extra conservative w this one bc it is a doozy! well-blended to abstraction. i probably would not spray this anywhere other than my wrist, but that is generally the only place i ever spray unless using a hair perfume. kind of addictive. to me, not a gourmand despite its candyishness. i do not want to eat it but maybe smell it faintly while eating marzipan.

I've sampled most of the Swiss Arabian products and Wajd is definitely my favorite! It's a perfect mixture of sweet apple, seductive Turkish rose, and creamy amber musk. It's very well balanced, linear, and unisex. This fragrance is really smooth, youthful, and pure like angels in a heavenly garden. It's really versatile and has good performance, it works great on my skin. Wajd is a hidden gem, very good quality for the price. I feel blessed and happy overall when I wear this fragrance

The first half an hour it was like "meh"... just rose and some sweet fruits, but later on, beside the amber, the patchouli starts to shine giving more depth. The thing is that this is a very simple formula. I like it, but I really would love to smell more spices for a more interesting experience. I love rose, but this is too femenine for me. I don't feel high quality ingredients or a complexity to justify the price btw. It's just a good fragrance..

I'm currently going through the Swiss Arabian sample kit & I must say that this is a masterpiece! From the opening to the drydown everything is amazing complimented by strong silage and longevity I will definitely be adding a full sized bottle to my collection

My most complimented perfume in my collection! Whenever I wear this everyone asks me for what I am wearing! Lasts forever! And People can smell me from across the room! I highly recommend it! ❤️

I purchased the Love collection discovery set (6 samples) and I ranked Wajd as No. 2 (descending order to favourites). Let me tell you why. Wajd to me bears some resemblance (not a clone, maybe a 2nd cousin) to Ajmal's Wisal Dhahab. I am surprised a woody accord has not been listed, I definitely pick up strains of sandalwood in the background. Wajd is built around a Turkish rose note, it is a warm, slightly spicy, red, almost honeyed rose. Where Wisal Dhahab had pear, Wajd has apple. It is the sort of apple you'd use to make an apple tort, something sweet and ripe, but not overly. The fruity accords stand on par with the rose note in the dry down, amber, resins and a slightly earthy patchouli make beloved appearances. Yes, there is not much scent development to Wajd- there is the opening and then a dry down that sets in rather quickly. But Wajd is undeniably beautiful, and its dry down is more than I could have hoped for. Wajd is unisex, but I feel it leans more feminine. I think this perfume will do well when there is a chill to the air. Update: I purchased the full bottle and Wajd's longevity and projection are 10/10.

This is a sensual perfume that smells like an ambery red rose and candied red apple. I wouldn't classify it as a fruity perfume, nor a floral one. All notes are in balance to create a sensual quality. It's very smoothly blended, but quite simple and linear, not complex, and has that airy sweet synthetic note found in many Macy's perfumes that makes it project a lot. However, while it projects a lot, strength and longevity are average. Wajd is a widely likable scent. Smell: 7 out of 10 Longevity: 7 out of 10 Feminine For reference, I'm female.

Very nice fragrance for those who like sweet, rose and fruit scents. This is in the same vein as Al Amaken and Shaghaf Oud from Swiss Arabian; Al Amaken is fruitier and slightly less sweet, Wajd is sweeter (almond vs. the vanilla of Al Amaken) and a little more floral. Shaghaf Oud’s sweetness is praline, and it has more spice than the other two and little to no fruitiness. Of the three, I like Al Amaken the best, but all three are well done. Update: I think Wajd is winning out as my favorite, Al Amaken is beautiful but just doesn’t last.

This is alright but not great - fruity notes with rose over amber. The fruity notes remind me of gummy bears and accordingly this smells fairly sweet, certainly not bad, but it's just a general sweet smell and not particularly good. A good perfume should be better-composed than just sweet so 3/5

I feel like all Swiss Arabian perfumes are so similar and so mediocre.

Rating: 🍬🎃 Do I like it: Upon closer inspection, not really Who it is: a very cute 20year old yandere woman going on a one-sided second date after having killed her lover's interest in cold blood Smells I get: jammy rose, fruit jam, metallic earthy undertone Meyer's Briggs type: ENFP A prominent fruity rose. Basically a fizzy, fruity version of Amber 01. A bit juvenile, like a cavity inducing strawberry rose jam. 🌹🍓 Not my favourite mix as it comes off rather aggressively sweet, but wearable enough. Smells like opening a bag of cheap hard fruit candy. On further inspection...there is something earthy and unpleasant here hiding in the background, something the candied fizzy acidic candy mix covers quite well. It's a bit of a metallic cold note, and a bit earthy. I feel this accord would resonate with a murder as it's kinda sharp, metallic in a bloody way and could easily be replaced for something musty. However, this accord can only be found if you smell up close, and very attentively, so this is still very wearable. 💀🎃 It's a cute fume, but unless you're an avid horror fan, I'd skip this one. It's neither sweet enough in an interesting way, nor scary enough to assert the serial killer vibe. Mostly will smell cheap.

This one reminds me of Angel by Mugler. Idk if they smells similar, but the reactions they evoked from me are similar. This is just repulsive and does not smell sweet to me. :( I wanted to like this.

A full bodied sweetish scent that reminds me of someone smoking a pipe with Captain Black fragrant tobacco somewhere around the corner...lovely with nice projection and lasting power. sweet but not cloying at all. Layered with Casablanca, more feminine/gourmand. Would also be complimented in a more masculine direction with oud. Goes well with a cup of coffee 😊

This smells almost like mix of Supremacy Not Only Intense with Supremacy In Oud ;0 I mean - take sweet and fruity notes from SIO and apple/patchouli/oakmoss from NOI (mostly opening) and it will be really close to Wajd - like they are using absolutely same raw materials.

I ordered this and Gharaam and like Gharaam I don't smell this. Zero projection, it wears so close to skin I have to sniff hard to smell it. I am rather disappointed. I am layering it with other fragrances to give it some uplifting effect. Its just blah.

this juice is amazing. Reminds me of Oud Bouquet a bit im a guy. Its a keeper Resinous. Not too sweet. Spices are medium
