Whisper

Woohoo my first time being the first reviewer for a fragrance!!! The notes are not listed but here's what I smell...The opening is ozonic and citrusy, it then transcends to a bit of a clean white floral ( I'm guessing freesia and a hint of orange blossom. It also has a fruity note in the background. On the dry down, I mostly get a clean musk...If you like soft feminine fragrances such Vince Camuto Fiori and Lacoste pour femme, you will love this.

I'm not a perfume expert and can't describe it in detail. All I know is that there are no harsh notes, it is very long lasting and multi-layered, and it reminds me very much of the smells of the UAE where I lived for 10 years. I can't stop smelling it on my wrist and remembering...

I wouldn't call Whisper an exact dupe, but the first thing that came to mind when I tried this was the original Antonia's Flowers but with better lasting power. The freesia maybe? It's been many, many years since I've had a bottle of the long gone Antonia's Flowers so take all of this with a grain of salt. I'll probably get a full bottle. Edited to add: Feb 2023, I finally got a full bottle. It's nothing like the sample I tried in 2021. It's a pretty, slightly (very slightly) vanillic floral. But I'm no longer getting the Antonia's Flowers vibe. Bummer.

I'm not a fan of this brand despite owning several perfumes. Whisper is inexpensive, okay and nice for weekend brunch with friends, running errands, or just light day time actives where you want something on. It's not an attention getter and layering it might actually improve it. It's weak. I get about 30 mins *maybe* an hour. I'd say any age could wear it but leans more toward younger women IMO.

Whisper by Swiss Arabian is the second perfume that I have tried from this house. It’s a beautiful delicate scent for women. I was surprised to find it quite ozonic in nature. It’s a beautiful musky floral scent with fruity notes. It has good longevity & sits close to the skin. Whisper makes for a fine daytime perfume. I also like to wear it on quiet evenings. It’s a beautiful scent. I will definitely be purchasing a large bottle of it.

This is just like the notes say only add oud, I could swear just a whisper of oud which is not listed. It's too sweet and fruity for me, berryish maybe. It smells like an Arab take on berries and musk. I went through the briefest of oud phases about 12 years ago thanks to my Kuwaiti friend before it was so popular here and now I can't stand the stuff. I think it's for somebody younger than me now and they are welcome to it!
