Tobacco Honey

Great fragrance with a strong honey note, but you'd better grab it while you can find it; it's been removed and replaced on their website with a different T17 version altogether. I wish the company would stop changing the formulas (and bottles) of fragrances, and just continue the numbering or nomenclature of new releases, even if they're derivatives of prior scents, like "Youth Spirit," which shares the original's amber and oud base with a more youthful apple and berries and floral mid-notes. EDIT: As of April 9th, 2026, the fragrance is back, but in a different colored bottle and without the T17 prefix. This is good news, but I discovered some of the other scents have been completely changed as well. One really needs to do their due diligence to ensure the product they're ordering is the one they actually want.

I REALLY wanted to like this... I am currently on a journey to find a good underrated sweet tobacco scent. The scent profile on here looked heavenly, so I bought a sample. I usually LOVE the smokiness of incense and the sweetness of apricots and honey. But when I tell you this smells so cheap and tacky. It even feels sticky on my wrist after I applied it. None of the other notes are coming through to me, it is just honey, and its that really cheap honey that come in a bear shaped bottle that's mostly just corn syrup. For the first 10 minutes or so of having it on, there's a slight stench that comes through. Not the sexy, animalic, type of stench but more of the garbage can stench. The tobacco is most definitely not a top note here, it only come through during the dry down when the honey note starts to subside a little bit. I wish the apricot was more prominent. I am so disappointed in this fragrance, I don't see myself ever wearing it again. I tried it on a -10 degrees Celcius day, and it still felt too cloying and overpoweringly sweet. It genuinely made me want to throw up. In this regard it is similar to Golden Sand by AlRehab, but I think Honey Tobacco is somehow even more cloying than GS, a feat that I didn't think was possible. Overall I give this ★☆☆☆☆
