Amelia

This is the unique and sweet powdery vanilla/heliotrope scent I’ve been looking for since I had Alaia Blanche many years ago. I’ve been looking for something similar ever since, but Amelia is even more interesting with the almond, licorice, and hint of maple. They are very light and in the background. Predominately Tonka and heliotrope so if you love scents heavy in those you’ll enjoy this. It’s complex and beautiful. Lasts a long time on my blankets but not skin but I don’t mind reapplying throughout the day. Sweet looking bottle as well and I’ve stocked up on this limited design while I can since it’s rare to find something I like enough to buy backups. This is not a scent I’ll be able to find a replacement for. A rare, delicious gem to be sure. Light enough to wear for warmer months and cozy for the cold days. Versatile, unique, fantastique!

This is one of my favorite daytime perfumes for Autumn. The base note resembles maple syrup or maple leaves with sweet tonka bean. The rhubarb makes it lighter and more suitable for daytime I think. There is a tiny spicy note, which is apparently licorice. The longevity is excellent for the price, but the silage is only moderate. I'm so sad that this was a limited edition!

This perfume reminds me of Hypnotic poison by Dior and Amber elixir by Oriflame - sweet, warm, almonds. I love it

My husband smelt this on me and said it reminded him of a vintage cola. I can defiantly see where he got that. It is sort of cola like in a way, I’m guessing the mix of almond and licorice. It’s unique and I’ve never smelt a fragrance like this. I slightly see the association with this and Lolita, they’re cousins. But this one’s better, younger. Agree with sentiment below, this is for winter/ fall or nighttime.

So here's something a little bit different from the norm. Well done to Ted Baker. Almond and licorice combo; it's so sweet, warm and comforting. The heliotrope is strong too. Someone below mentioned cola: absolutely. Longevity and projection are outstanding and it's not that expensive. Highly recommended, especially during the cold weather.
