Skinwear Limited Edition

This was my go-to school fragrance when I was 15 - 16, this stuff never let me down. I hope to get my hands on another bottle of this soon because it's just incredibly nostalgic for me, I loved it. It never got me any compliments, but it was my signature for a long while. The performance isn't fantastic, but that doesn't bother me, it's a nice cheapie that is definitely overhated.

I believe I may have brought this fragrance to Fragrantica's notice having contacted them some weeks ago concerning its existence. I encountered it initially last Christmas in a discount shop for a somewhat unbelievable £10.00 for 100ml EdT. And how very nice it has been. A sparkling citrus combination sublimely evolves with the emergence of juniper, cypress, and a hint of rosemary. A little resinous too with the lime lingering into the dry down of musk, amber and woods. Certainly this is playing in the same ballpark as Lanvin's Oxygene Homme. It bares no familial resemblance to the original and excellent Skinwear from 1998 - which is a wonderful warm weather fragrance. Having worn both and finding pleasure in each all I can say is this offers quite remarkable value at the price point. A definite thumbs-up Ted Baker.

Fresh yet warm, balmy, sweet-creamy, woody, citrus. Fresher by day. Sweeter, balmier and more woody by night. Very nice and versatile fragrance. Great value.

Very nice fragrance classy and charming great price point solid all round

Super lemony. Sadly after a few wears I’ve made the connection this smells like a urial cake. Others I’ve asked don’t agree but I just can’t unlike the connection now sadly. Otherwise it was a nice zesty fragrance for warmer spring days and summer.
