Esperanza shines in the dead of winter...man I can’t begin to describe this fragrance. Feels very earthy and boozy and somewhat sweet in the opening then woods a lot of cedar woods at least on my skin, acts like that. What gets me the most is the photo realistic sugarcane surrealism in the air; the perfumer really put he’s skill to the brim to pull this out like that. This fragrance will hunt you to the brim with fright if you overspray so be careful is pretty potent. Overall I give a 10 out 10 💪

An amazing scent very strong rich fragrance

Good aroma and composition. It's a perfume evocative of sugarcane fields and farms of this type in Puerto Rico. The perfume has very good quality ingredients and is noticeable from the first spray, but let's be clear: it's not a challenging scent, much less a purposeful one. There are other perfumes on the market with this DNA, for example, CK Shock by Calvin Klein...are not the same, it was the first memory that came to mind when I smelled Esperanza 1886 for the first time. It's an easy perfume to like, it's not invasive, and it creates a very welcoming atmosphere for those around you. Recommended: Yes Purposeful: No Projection: 3/5 Longevity: 6+ hrs. I would love to try this perfume in the future, notes sound beautiful and it has my favorite name because my 87 yr old mother and my 1yr old grandautgher are name Esperanza.

I would like to try it, Esperanza is my mothers and 1 yr old grandaughters name and with are from Puerto Rico from "Donde hasta las piedras cantan"
