Thé Glacé Aqua Parfum (Russian Gold Edition)

Lovely!!! Very much tea, with a gorgeous gorgeous uplifting, thrilling, camphor and lemon verbena. Oh it's delicious!!! There's also a very pretty lavender and almond which is exciting and scintillating, and I just love the perfume!!! It's beautiful!! Very refreshing, rich and soothing; and also elegant and very feminine. And it lasts so well too, about 9 hours, and stays reasonably strong for the whole time. I've had lots of lovely compliments, everyone says how fresh and delicious I smell. The dry-down of oakmoss and musk is gorgeous, smooth and deep, and I can smell the divine mate in there too. It's one of my favourite perfumes! A glorious, elegant and sensuous perfume!!! And the bottle is to die for!!!!!!!! So exquisite!!!!

A TRUE MASTERPIECE, this is just magical, a Malaysian ice lemon tea in the best possible way. So refined, classy, rich. Please make it again, it was by far the best concoction from Terry de Gunzberg... I have been looking for a clone for many years, nothing equals thé glacé... 10/10 in my humble opinion.

Composition wise green tea-matcha golden standard! So beautiful, creates great positive aura around the wearer. There is very little in lighter tea scents that comes close to this. Stunner!

That's the most amazing fragrance I have ever smelled, so comforting and unique, it's just class in a bottle.

Thé Glacé Aqua Parfum by Terry de Gunzburg, so far my favorite tea scent this summer. I’ve been looking for one that’s not boring or too light. This one delivers with a little spiciness and depth, beside being a beautiful and fresh blend of lemon verbena, grapefruit, black tea, mate, oakmoss and musk. The notes that (thankfully) I don’t get are camphor and lavender, which would ruin it for me and made it too masculine. The dry down softens nicely by the almond and creamy white flowers. The longevity is weak but that’s to be expected from a summer tea fragrance. Silage is soft and turns nicely to a skin scent slowly becoming more musky. The bottle is heavy and just stunning!

Could be the holy grail for tea fragrance lovers. Especially in the greener cathegory. Starts bright - black tea and grapefruit, verbena and lavender is also present, but calmer. It has a round bottom of mate and musk. Lovely. A bit masculine like all green-tea scents that I know.

I smell a very crisp vibrant tea opening that lasts for a long time, very lovely and totally unisex, in the next part something like probably camphor, lavender and sweetened aquatic notes create an archetypal sporty fresh masculine impression which is one of the accords I dont care much for. Later some citrus florals start to enter, perhaps also the verbena so it ends up being a slightly citric sporty fresh that to me leans masculine. I really love the opening, not so much the drydown. Worth a try for someone who likes fresh tea fumes.

when i sniff the vial it promisingly good, but when i wear it on my skin it smells like a traditional massage oil my 60yrs old aunt used to wear. dissapointed with this fragrance, definitely unlike what i expected. i've read a review in someone's blog which describe The Glace smells like tea but i dont smell any tea in this. i can smell camphor, lemon verbena and some white flowers. maybe those notes makes this smells like massage oil. perhaps someone else would love this but definitely not me
