Marrakech Patchouli E Ginger

While shopping for Christmas I came across the Christmas corner of Tesori D'Oriente and I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant glass packaging of the new special Christmas edition eau de parfum. Specifically three new interesting variants: Amber and Tonka, Rose and Saffron and Patchouli and Ginger. I think this last Patchouli and Ginger is a new re-edition of the first one described here. A fragrance with character, with the warm and stinging notes of Patchouli that meet the sparkling and inebriating ginger, creating an interesting combination, determined and full of character. Undoubtedly a unisex fragrance.

I rarely cast aspersions on perfumes, but I just can't contain myself to criticize this product by Tesori d'Oriente! What is happening to this brand anyway - shouldn't they be associated with natural ingredients? As a patchouli lover I am flabbergasted at what Marrakech Patchouli&Ginger smells like. This should not even be labelled a fragrance! Honestly, this mixture is 100% artificial, industrial, greasy and nauseating and I am seriously reluctant to put it on skin for my own safety. What on earth is this all about? Terrible and suffocating scrubber, shame on you Tesori d'Oriente! The only good thing is that it lasts about 6 hrs, but taking into account the smell, it is rather a disadvantage.

It doesn't work on my skin at all. First time I've tried it in summer, and all I've got a linear somehow dirty and unpleasant scent (combination of ginger and patchouli) even I like these two separate components in fragrances. In autumn a note of ginger became fresher and cleaner so it works better in cold weather at least on my skin. Lasting power is good, about 6 hours plus. I wouldn't recommend to buy it blind.

Je l'ai en gel douche, l'odeur est agréable mais un peu masculine selon moi. Plutôt un produit mixte, donc.
