Persian Dream

Cheap ambroxan bomb, baccarat clone-esque Fresh citrus-pomegranate opening with hints of mint. Really energising and interesting enough for an all day scent. Afterwards I started smelling a metallic-chloric-sealike undertones as the ambroxan became prominent, sweet flowers and woody notes. Amber musk and vanilla are stated in nearly every tesori d oriente scent so I dont believe they are neither do I smell those notes. The bottle is fantastic, the duration is longer than 6 hours. The price is 5€. The scent is fresh, metallic and fruity as well as woody. For me is this all year fragrance totally recommended.

Bought this in Bulgaria on my holiday for £6 - perfect for all day spraying lasts about 4-5 hours on my skin and the Baccarat scent is the one that stayed at the end. BR540 with some grapefruit - that’s how I’d describe it. Love especially for the price it’s a non- brainer.

A scent you have to get used to. It does not smell like any other perfume i ever smelled. I can sense the wood, herbs and an other sweet scent i can not identify. Maybe the pomegranate? Of reminds me of candy

I truly don't understand people saying it smells like Baccarat. It has nothing to do with it. It's smells like Mayar by Lattafa (I have them both and am comparing again as I type), only lasts less.

This reminds me of this red apple cotton candy I ate in Egypt. It stars out HOT and then it slightly calms down a little as it sets. Definitely for those who like sweet scents in the winter.

Baccarat-esque, but much more pleasant to my nose. Lacks the bandaid/medicinal note baccarat has. One of my best picks for the first colder autumn days. Very comfy but not boring.

beginning is juicy pomegranate, the drydown is a close relative to baccarat, a very delicious one. juicer, fresher br540.

I love it. Very exotic, fresh and aromatic. Onlu I can wish for more lonegetivity as it is very weeak

I picked it up earlier today on a whim and I like it a lot, although I am not finding it as noticeable and persistent as other people have. It smells like tart fruit (must be the pomegranate, or something like red currant) and medicinal herbs (think those syrups in brown glass bottles, probably because of the mint note). Sweet, but cold. Fruity but unfriendly. Like if someone spiked the sangria with some lethal apothecary preparation. I often experience synesthesia and they nailed it with the packaging: this is a cool plummy red/garnet smell. After a while it loses some sharpness and the fresher, gentler tea note comes out. If you've ever drank one of those deep ruby herbal infusions and wished you could smell like that, you're gonna love this. The name is trash (it screams XIX century orientalism).If it was up to me, this is what I imagine Circe smelling like. "Circe" would have been a such a cool name for it.

Taken by a compulsive shopping spree, I emptied the Treasures of the East sector. Having snubbed and / or underestimated it for years and years, despite having appreciated its olfactory performance on several occasions. After reading all the reviews here on Fragrantica I decided to test and live these cheap fragrances, very synthetic but still pleasant, if I don't want to, I will spray them in the rooms ... Persian Dream by Tesori d'Oriente is a very intense fruity fragrance: bright notes emerge of orange, pomegranate and red apple, almost macerated. Fruity notes dominate the blend in a the pomegranate dominant way, evolving menacingly into a gourmand fragrance. Honestly not at all a dupe of: Maison Francis Kurkdjian's Baccarat Rouge 540 which is completely different. I strongly advise against those who hate macerated fruit and gourmands.

Bought this in the bath cream from TJ Maxx. It’s funny in store I instantly smelled the spicy, woody notes with a bright fruitiness next. Upon getting home and trying it out as a bubble bath, I was hit with the pomegranate bomb. Juicy, artificially sweet pomegranate, candied red apple, citrus, and I do pick up on the coolness of the mint that give it a slight sanitizing/cleaning product smell off the top. It’s harsh, astringent and sharp, if this was the only layer I wouldn’t be a fan. However, as it warms up you get those woody, spicy notes that I love. I get the reference to BR540 but I wouldn’t say they’re similar. Love this as a bubble bath/body wash. Don’t think I would want it as a perfume based on how sharp it is when it opens, but would make a nice candle or room spray.

The opening is very fruity but definitely sour. Longevity is very weak and it doesn't allow the similarity to BR540 develop, after 1-2 hrs fragrance vanishes and mentioned BR vibe stays just in the cap of the bottle. Sometimes I felt strong menthol, not every day though. Most of the time it is strong pomegranate bomb :)

Something in between BR540 and Pulp Juicy and really nice IMO

Something in this smelled comforting in the first few minutes but then it turned into a cheap mess. The price for this went also up like crazy in the past (where I live it doubled in price).

The bath cream made me feel like I am literally soaking in baccarats rouge 540! Which is suffocating! Unless you like that scent. However, the Persian dream perfume is a little different. It opens BEAUTIFULLY with pomegranate, red tea and little tiny bit of amber. After a while (about 1 hour) saffron appears and it just smells fresh but you cannot pick any specific notes. The dry down ressemble BR540, but it’s fresher and more wearable. My boyfriend loved the opening but when it dries down he made a funny accurate comment: “smells like aempits with deodorant after a little exercise in the gym”

Pomegranate note was the only delicious note here, along with some tea that adds freshness. I wished the opening was more durable. It turns quickly into a chemical more synthetic and cloying Baccarat Rouge.

This is my first ever review of a fragrance, so I may lack "perfumistic vocabulary" to pinpoint the exact notes and nuances of a smell, please keep that in mind. What I know for sure and I know how to express it ,is the fact that I really disliked this fragance. I cannot put my finger on what it is exactly, but to me, it smelt horribly synthetic to the point I basically perceived ammonia. In fact, I firstly checked if the expiration date was OK, and it was. Maybe it was just my bottle that was wrong , but I can't recommend this fragrance to anyone based on my experience. I tossed it away after a week trying to make it work. For the price point, at least, it was not a drama.

Personally victimized by this scent. I didn't know how fast to scrub if off. It found a place in my bathroom, as room refresher, where it'll stay. I can't even describe what it smells like, it's so strong it waters my eyes and (sorry) the only thing that comes to mind is fruit that has gotten bad to the point that it now has an alcohol content. The only plus is really the bottle. It's kinda cute.
