Constellation Diamond

Constellation Diamond is one of those fragrances that instantly pulls you in. Love at first sniff! The saffron and raspberry combination is absolutely addictive here. It feels edgy, mysterious, slightly sweet, warm, and incredibly captivating. It gave me the vibe of a confident woman wearing a leather jacket, even though the fragrance itself doesn’t smell overtly leathery. More like the aura of suede, cashmere warmth, confidence, and character. As it dries down, it becomes softer, slightly sweeter, and more feminine on my skin, with a beautiful smooth blend of saffron, raspberry, cashmeran, vanilla, tonka, and cypriol. Sexy, intriguing, and very memorable. Definitely not for someone looking for a generic fruity-sweet feminine scent. I kept catching beautiful scent trails outside, and even the paper strip smelled amazing hours later. One of the few fragrances that made me want to buy a bottle almost immediately - 10/10.

Lovely fragrance, raspberry and saffron pair so well together and it’s a jordi fernandez interpretation so it’s got a twist. Purchased when it came out and I’ve been back to this weekly at different times and I would say it is feminine leaning but can be worn by men with no issues. Longevity is excellent and projection is moderate. I do not think it’s worth the high price tag but when you are a Jordi F fan you buy it anyway as you know it will be good. I like THAMEEN as a fragrance house and their perfumes are extraits, not Edp. It’s a lovely perfume at the end of the day and very wearable.

The opening starts with raspberry and a slightly medicinal saffron as well as a violet which almost adds a hot iron facet to it? Dries down to a powdery vanilla amber scent with some raspberry. Quite pleasant and got me a compliment from a colleague. However, I don’t find it to be super well-blended and it almost smells kind of unfinished? Sillage and longevity are decent. Unisex but would say slightly more feminine leaning. Not for a super hot weather, best suited for spring/autumn, very suitable for daily wear in my opinion. Will continue testing! Overall not bad but expected more from Jordi.

Average floral aromatic scent ruined by too much repetition of the perfumers same old formula. The scent opens with the typical combination that the perfumer uses of saffron, raspberry and pink pepper. The heart is rose, violet, and some synthetic floral woody notes. The perfume settles on a base of cypriol, tonka bean, vanilla and ambroxan. The unisex scent has moderate to strong projection and good longevity. I wished this were a bit promising but the repetition of the same old formula by the perfumer is becoming a bit too boring.

The opening and drydown are really good - berry and leather - the mid is dulled somewhat. The drydown is pleasing - kind of nutty leather berry feel. But on me I did not feel it is feminine enough - perhaps the addition of jasmine or rose would have helped elevate it... although I understand the need for being unique and it certainly is - it has a crushed ground ingredients feel to it...
