Afghanistan Orange Blossom

This is one of those fragrances that has the distinction of being extremely beautiful on two counts: 1. If you are a nature lover, and have cherished an essential oil or two in your lifetime, 7 Virtues Afghanistan Orange Blossom is as realistic a perfume as you're ever going to get. The quality of this fragrance is impeccable. It *feels* natural, and therefore fresh. 2. This gentle but bright scent is not only perfect alone, but it can be used in combination with so many perfumes as a slightly stronger hair mist. I've sprayed this into my hair while wearing Ambre Sultan, Songes, A La Nuit, and Monyette Paris, with nothing but lovely results. It doesn't interfere, but I feel like it highlights the "highs" of the perfume, tonally. I don't care how long it lasts, I like to reapply to get that fresh sparkle of orange blossom, especially in summer's heat. The price is good for this perfume $70 for 50mls, and it's for a good cause! 7 Virtues is a fair-trade company - dealing directly with small-scale third world farmers - and they donate a portion of their proceeds to charity. Since I likely won't use it very often in the wintertime, I'll happily use it all up this summer and repurchase next May. This is the only perfume I've ever sprayed while standing right next to my boyfriend. Usually I wait to spray perfume until he's out of the way, lest I get perfume on him. He sniffed the air and said, "that's a very pleasing scent." I honestly think that this could be a woman's "bridal perfume" - it reminds me of love and happiness, and feels elemental. I'd like to add that this has become my ultimate mood-lifting scent. I spray Demeter's Salt Air into the air around me, and Afghanistan Orange Blossom onto my person... and nothing could be better at clearing the air and lifting any weight off of my shoulders.

I have wanted to add my voice to this review for a Long time now! This fragrance is the most beautiful and uplifting "real" scent I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. I have owned and worn this since it was first launched. I am actually stunned that more people haven't reviewed this fragrance. It is fresh, delicate, uplifting, clean...and overall.....HAPPINESS in a bottle. For anyone looking for a very delicate yet very fresh floral scent - this is Perfect for you. it has a soft soapiness to it. If you cant imagine the type of scent I'm describing...It is somewhat similar to the type of fresh and delicate scents that the honeysuckle flower has. Even if no one else cares about this scent, get it for YOU. Its great for the mood. This is a very personal scent for me, I feel like it is part of my identity already! That's how often I wear it. I wouldn't be me without it!

It’s happiness in a bottle! Friend of mine tested the fragrance. It reminds a bright sunny day after the rain. Simply a wonderful scent: slightly sweet, gentle, tender and charming with beautiful iridescent transparent facets. This perfume really smells of tangerines, some sort of flowers and clear fresh air. Perfectly suitable for all lovers of floral and fruity scents!

A lovely non-offensive scent that is bound to put you in a great mood. Smells like jasmine tea and orange blossoms - very light and fresh. This is perfect if you are going for a more natural aroma.

A delicate, fresh, green, white floral perfume. It really does smell like the real thing. Twigs, leaves and all from Petit grain. If you don't know, find a random citrus tree and inhale the scent from the small white flowers. A soft, fresh, delicately sweet citrus-floral aroma. It smells leafy green and dewy. Tea like Actually. Like tea leaves freshly plucked from the Bush. And slightly powdery. I think of Jasmine green tea. A long time ago my mother as gifted with bath products named Diamond Freesia. Freesia is a bright, clear, cold, even cutting, white floral note. Its piercing brightness is tempered nicely by the other flowers. A fresh spiciness can be detected upon first application which quickly settles. Overall this is a nice romantic soft floral. A daytime perfume for summer l should say for moments when you don't want to smell perfume y. This fragrance is so soft I'd probably sneak some on before visiting the doctor. A lingering, very fresh green scent with poor longevity and silage. Luckily This fragrance has a natural affinity layered with Middle East Peace. In my mind it's my Cool Water for Women.

This is a beautiful orange blossom fragrance. It's very natural and a true likeness to the real thing. Gets better and better as it settles on the skin. A must have for me, along with Vetiver of Haiti in the 7 Virtues range.

This is a beautiful, natural scent. The orange blossom is definitely the star here. It is made from essential oils so the smell is 'very real'. The longevity is quite good. It is a perfect flowery scent for summer! Love it!

So my acquaintance with a very interesting brand The 7 Virtues took place. The acquaintance is very pleasant! I am not a fan of floral aromas, they often “strangle” me, but due to a kind of activity I buy fragrances from different groups and. It turned out that it was this fragrance that struck me first of all with the purity of the natural sound of gentle orange blossom. I, for more than 12 hours of testing, did not hear a hint of chemistry on my skin. This fragrance is positive, bright, but not scorching morning sun, delicate, transparent fleur from the bride in a wedding dress. This is the image of the image of a happy bride in the happy moments of her life. Waiting for this perfumery composition, I realized that maybe it would not be very resistant to the skin, but oddly enough, the fragrance lasts more than 12 hours, I will say more, it lasts after a shower! For my skin, this is very rare. As for the train, I can’t say anything yet, that is, it has been tested in micro doses for understanding the perfume itself and the initial acquaintance with it. Preferring aromas heavier, chypre and amber, I gladly met this gentle miracle. To all admirers of white flowers + natural sounding, this composition is a pleasant find. This is too much for me. I've never been a fan of orange blossom, and this one is POWERFUL. It's worth trying for orange blossom fans, though; it's a very realistic note. (As it should be, since it's supposed to come from the actual flowers!) EDIT: Go figure, my boyfriend likes this one. Time to learn how to spray very very lightly.

This is a VERY authentic orange blossom and I fell head-over-heels in love as I had been on the hunt for a good orange blossom perfume. After testing it twice however I found the longevity to be only about 30 minutes. I was very disappointed as I really would have like to have this perfume.
