Lisa Ray Jasmine of India

LIQUID SUNSHINE! This a lovely, zingy, fresh, warm, bright floral with a base of incense and spice. Very pleasant, airy and linear. It smells quite fruity at first almost like cooked and spiced pineapple and peach. The Jasmine is fresh and indolic and a touch creamy. I think it's a more overtly feminine scent in the line but l caught my man stealing a spritz or two. The freshness of this eau works on both sexes. A nice casual everyday scent for Summer days. Doesn't smell like a pure white floral, it's rather yellow, transparent, and sparkling. Reminds me of harmony, joy, and of dappled Sun rays... But it's also vegetal and roots like. It's like an earthy version of J'adore. Lisa Ray took inspiration from her childhood and the divine, praying in the temples of India, and l totally get it. In certain restaurants I've seen they have on open bowl of aromatics and herbs, presumably to freshen the breath. No doubt cardamom is in it. I have successfully layered this with "Noble Rose" because l sometimes feel the perfume gets a bit too pungent. This combo results in a sensual Rosy scent with a touch of Amber spice and soap

Vetiver, ginger, bergamot, cedar. Bitter and woody. Not a white floral or a typical jasmine fragrance. Herbal.

I love this multi faceted frag! Upon first spray, I feel like I can detect lime, altho it is not a listed note. After the initial freshness, the spice kicks in, but not it’s overpowering, and then the white flowers are oh so beautiful! I’m usually fickle when it comes to fragrances and change my scent daily, but have been sticking with this one for a few weeks now. Unusual for me! The dry down is my favourite part and I love what lingers after several hours. Really impressed with this one!
