Light, citrusy scent that doesn't last. Bottle is better than the smell. Edit: I apologize. The above is unfair - and if you, like me, utilize the reviews to make purchasing decisions, then I should be more detailed when reviewing! With that said, here you go: This was purchased on amazon via a gift pack (I think it came with shower gel) - it was shipped from England and received it astonishingly quickly. To be honest - the only thing that intrigued me was the bottle. As simple as "I thought it looked cool". So, expectations were low. This is a simplistic scent. Its citrus, herb and patchouli. Its one of those "I've smelled this before" type fragrances. It has a slightly classic/mature vibe to it. It would be great for a gym scent or something you don't mind spraying the shit out of. Its nothing special whatsoever - but smells okay. For $29.99, I would not purchase this again. 5/10

Bit of a joke fragrance smells zesty and oceanic fresh and good for summer. Makes loads of capital out of its British pirate history, it's really cheap stuff made in the PRC. Yeah I fell for it too the bottle looks good And blue beard was originally a French story about a man who murders his wives not a pirate...more oo ahh! Instead of Oo argh. After owning it for a few months save your money don't bother longevity is pathetic, no quality at all. Nice smell just proves cheaping out on production doesn't pay.

I agree with picknenders - the bottle and pirate theme attracted it to me too, but I too was a bit disappointed by the light undistinctive scent.
