Ajwa Date & Honey

The actual notes are: Top - raisin, laban, freesia. Middle - ajwa dates, walnut atayef, honey. Base - sandalwood, musk, vanilla. Genuinely surprised the first time I smelled this! It’s so so good. Very different from usual sticky, caramel syrupy date scents on the market (think sticky dates or double dates), it's none of that here. It slightly reminds me of a date milk but never goes fully gourmand or overly sweet. The freesia adds a floral lift and really helps balance it out - it’s also quite noticeable on my skin but it blends in a very complementary way. As it dries down I pick up something a bit nutty, likely from the walnut, but again, it never turns too foody. For a date scent, this is surprisingly airy; more of a light floral-honey sweetness than anything dense or heavy. You can spray a lot and it still won’t feel overwhelming, so it’s almost impossible to overapply. Performance is the downside. It’s an edt and it shows, SOFT projection and WEAK longevity, It honestly performs more like a body mist which feels a bit redundant since there’s already a mist version. That said, it’s great for layering, I often pair it with richer date fragrances to add dimension. 8.9/10

This is soo amazing, I wish I could find a higher quality “dupe” for this, so it’d project more and last longer. I don’t smell any grapes or musk, on my skin it’s a very nutty and sweet honey scent, like a yummy date walnut dessert.

I got this for free from the Body Shop along with the Whipped Body Butter because I spent over 50 euros. It's perfect for the winter, very comforting and sweet. One spray is enough, since it can get slightly too sweet at times and may be a bit cloying to some people. It lasts for 5-6 hours for me (on my clothes), but on my skin it lasts for 3-4 hours, which is not too bad for an EDT, considering that I got it for free. It smells mainly of honey, raisins and desserts. Perfect for gourmand lovers. I barely use it now during the spring; I will solely keep it for rare winter use. Not my most favourite gourmand scent, not too bad either.

This is really nice. Sweet honey and something in the base reminds me of warm caramel popcorn for some reason. Very sweet and comforting. Unfortunately, projection is not so great and longevity is on the low end of moderate. This would make a lovely gourmand bedtime scent, and I can also see this having good potential for layering.

Had to check Body Shop in the plaza because a very good scent stopped me at the entrance. The girl inside said it's probably all their fragrances together but i wasn't sure because it's never happened before. Quickly checked the goods i havent seen earlier and foud the source very quick: Ajwa Date & Honey. It was on a discount, half the price, so i grabbed an EDT and i'm happy now. It's not niche level by any chance, maybe designer at best - but dirt cheap. I don't know when or how i'm gonna use it, but it's a very cozy, comforting scent, so i had to buy it. Next step is to marry the girl (Sarerz), who commented here earlier. In case her pee and stinky socks really smell like this i'd like to spend the remaining time of my life as her husband.

This smells like old stale popcorn + old stinky socks + pee. I see the vision but the execution is terrible.. I will have to declutter this and find somebody who will love it, as there is no way I would want to smell like old smelly socks and pee.

so so good, smells like a yummy apricot tart to me
