Cotton Candy Kiss

I can’t get over the cute packaging 🥹 The scent reminds me of Sol de Janeiro 40 but they’re not the same, I’d say they’re not twins/siblings, more like cousins. I can smell the bubble gum and apple. It’s sugary but not heavy or cloying. This is my comfort scent, I spray it on my wrists during the day to remind myself of happy times because it smells like summer days to me, sweet and carefree. I haven’t tested it properly but on my wrists it lasts a good while and I can still feel the smell even after a few hours but this is very subjective, so definitely test on yourself first and/or make sure you also spray your clothes. I do this with another spray from The Body Shop, Butter Me Up, and it makes it last forever.

Sweet, cotton candy scent which isn't cloying. Perfect for layering.

It definitely is sweet with that candy note, however on me it leans heavy on the fog machine and almost has a clean soapy note. I was looking for something to recreate that overly sweet girly childhood cotton candy scent, this is definitely not it, it feels more suitable for adults. It does transport me back to swimming in a plastic pool in my friend’s back yard on a sunny day. It’s not aquatic or plasticky per se, but it does have a hint of a clean and sweet lotion/soap/sunscreen scent, maybe from the musk + fog machine.

This is nice btw Light cotton candy scent. Dry down won't cloy to a cough syrupy scent and doesn't have that harsh element of pink sugar.
