Japanese Cherry Blossom Strawberry Kiss

Very, very girly. It has a very faint note of chemichals in it, but it was kind of expected because this perfume is not really expensive, and because of that it also doesn’t really last that long - I’d say 3-4h. Now that I am smelling it I can definitaly smell the cherry blossom, florals, a lot of extremely sweet and (in my opinion) a little chemical strawberry. I’ve checked other reviews, unlike others I can’t smell vanilla in this at all. Whenever I smell this perfume I just think of hot pink. I mostly love this perfume because I wore it in middle school pretty much every day, as well as christmas time last year. Both were really good times in my life and smelling this perfume takes me back to those nostalgic times for just a couple of seconds, it brings memories. I’ve had 3 bottles of this perfume, first I stole from my grandma, second I got as a gift and third I bought just for the nostalgia. Overall, I like it.

I bought the Japanese Cherry Blossom Strawberry Kiss around a year ago, I think it lasted until spring this year. I'm a big fan of fruity fragrances and also love pink so this one seemed perfect for me. This is the first time I've finished a whole bottle of EdT, and I will re-purchase this one again in the near future. I bought it together with the body lotion which was pleasant as well. Some of the notes I can feel in the Strawberry Kiss are berries, vanilla, caramel, cake, banana, and cherry blossom. It does have a hint of a chemical smell, kind of reminds me of hair dye. It's perfect for all the seasons and times of the day. My boyfriend loves it so that's a plus. One of the most important questions regarding fragrances is how long they last on the skin. This is not long-lasting, but as an EdT it's alright. I would love it if it lasted a little longer but I think it only lasts between 1-3 hours.

This was a blind buy to make up to free shipping minimum :D I am very glad I bought this as it smells divine. I found the notes change a little quickly on my skin about 15min until the drydown and no more changes. On first spray, strawberry with a hint of orange (imo ick) but then jasmine and rose joins the party making it amazing again. Peony has a small note here and maybe goes away or joins the floral vibe in the dry down. Amber, Caramel, and Musk have a small role in the above in the flow through it is hard to point them out. My Dry down Strawberry, Vanilla, Cherry Blossom giving a floral/powder vibe. Sillage is good partner smelled it from about 2m away and 30mins after spray. He smelled 'fruity sweet' So far my first spray has lasted 3 hours and still smells strong.

I bought this yesterday and been waiting awhile for this to be released in Australia and I really like this fragrance,I use to own the original Japanese cherry blossom fragrance and while I did like that one I find I like the strawberry kiss version even more,you can definitely smell the strawberry in this fragrance along with some floral notes in this plus it has a slightly musky note to it that makes it pretty,I usually enjoy wearing body shop perfumes and this is no different,this is up there as one of my favourite scents from the body shop along with Indian night jasmine and black musk.

I have the eau de toilette and the body mist. The body mist is very light; the eau de toilette is noticeably stronger and longer lasting. It's mostly very sweet and I'd describe it as more fruity than floral. It stays pleasantly fruity on me with no obvious very deep notes. It's not as complex as my all time favourite perfume (La Vie Est Belle Intensément) but it is massively cheaper and I really like it.

I bought this today mainly to complete my Voyage collection. After smelling it, I find JCBSK to be very likeable. The deliciously sweet strawberry note makes me drool and I have to remind myself it is not food. Perfect as after-shower scent or during days when you want something casual and easy to wear.

PLEASE bring this back . i will literally offer you my firstborn ... and my second for that matter ... please just give this baby back to me . it is SO delicious - musky , fruity , slightly citrusy ... as a gourmand girl that really struggles finding scents for warmer weather , this was a godsend

This is so pretty - it somehow has this fragile melty waxy note, so the scent is like a strawberry lipstick or balm. Not very long lasting but good projection.

I adored this perfume for ages and ages, it smelt very strongly of sweet fresh vibrant strawberries and oranges, it was so fun and flirty and full of life. Whenever I would wear it It would be an instant pick me up, id spray it on my clothes and often keep inhaling the scent it was SO GOOD, reminded me very much of electric pink vibrancy, fireworks and fun, it also reminded me a lot of the san Pellegrino blood orange drink and it’s so pink and bright and fun and it brought me such joy, unfortunately the silage and longevity is quite poor, this is a rather affordable perfume but I see very little point in wearing a perfume that dissapear soon after you put it on Now that the body shop have ‘repackaged’ the perfume it smells different, it’s softer and not as bright and sparky, like there’s no orange in it (the shower gel however smells like the original perfume still ) and although I bought a few bottles in bulk when it was in its original bottle I no longer enjoy this perfume, maybe Iv had my current bottle for too long and it’s spoiled (if perfumes can even do that) or Iv just grown out of it in search of a new signature scent but now I find it sickly and syrupy and can no longer wear it :(

I got this when it first came out in the 2017-2018 time and at the time this was all the rage I was also a fan of the body shop products then ( and have since moved on) I remember being obsessed with it and using it so carefully, this was one of the first like obnoxiously youthful girly sweet fruity floral pink perfumes I liked this is a very generic common girly strawberry / rose / jam / cherry blossom smell it actually reminds me of you're the one from BBW I used to love this but I don't anymore, I've moved onto more complex scents I guess I still think its cute though, and use it with abandon for the gym or something casual like running errands now once its over, won't repurchase cute fun easy to wear perfect for spring and autumn, summer evenings and definitely a total hit for lazy winter days. doesn't last long but its alright definitely overpriced (at least was back in the day idk what the market rate is currently lmao)

For JCBSK (ridiculous I know) I was hoping for a dominant cherry blossom accord with a strawberry flavor but instead I got a big juicy-tangy sweet strawberry with a floral background. A fruit punch of cherry/strawberry. It is a sweet pink floral fruity, without being gourmand. A fun, careless, girly scent, spring and summer appropriate, cheerful, a perfume that pairs with a cherry colored lipstick and a pink blusher on the cheeks. I guess it would be your "bubblegum chic" scent. It lasts more than six hours if sprayed on clothing and on skin the duration reaches four hours before it becomes a skin scent and eventually fade. Sillage moderate I'd say.

I sprayed Strawberry Kiss on one arm and Japanese Cherry Blossom on another. In the beginning Strawberry Kiss is all juicy strawberry, rich and bright. I don't see any similarity to Cherry Blossom though. Three hours later Strawberry Kiss is still intently there, but the freshness of strawberry faded and now it's more like strawberry jam with good amount of sugar. It's nice, pleasant, sweet in the heat. Nothing like Escada ...oh, forgot what it's called, the one which smells like strawberry. Japanese Cherry Blossom behaves differently. It's softer, warm, not sweetly hot, lightly flowery sweet.

This is very pretty and I originally smelled it on my friend which it was lovely so I got one for myself. As beautiful as it smells it’s not very long lasting but is cheap enough to top up throughout the day. Very sweet and the strawberry scent is definitely the strongest in the fragrance. Good for casual wear.

Opens really sweet and fruity, I got more watermelon than strawberry. It's very girly and cute and I get what people say about the 2000s slightly synthetic sweet feel of body sprays and lip glosses, but I think it works pretty nicely. Kind of nostalgic and gets me lots of compliments.

I like this. Summery, youthful and so sweet. This must be what cute and pink smells. I feel that I am too mature for this, but I still keep it In my collection, due to this being so pretty (or because I am having a midlife crisis and some days I feel like looking for my lost youth 😅).

This is a nice and light floral strawberry. Sillage is good for a body spray, on me lasts about an hour.

Fruity. Strawberry. Girly. Instant headache. I like strawberries, but not in this combination. There is something off with it. It's too sweet and cloying, too headache-inducing, and way too girly. I guess it's the fact that the strawberry is combined with vanilla, caramel, and cherry blossom that creates this effect. The opening, which lasts for over half an hour, is torturous to me. It smells EXACTLY like those strawberry cough medicine that I used to take. I guess most of us have come across this smell at some point. Sweet in a headache kind of way. If you want to reminisce your childhood when you were unwell with cold and had to take strawberry drops, this is the fragrance to go. The dry down is much more pleasant, though, and this is the only saving grace of this fragrance. I got some powdery rose from it. Pretty nice, but not enough to score a 'like' from me, given how its opening has been. I hope I can return this one. I really can't get by with it.

Strawberries, cherry blossoms and no surprises. This is a very girly, cute, youthful scent that makes me think of products from the 2000s, like lipgloss or body spray. So it has a slightly nostalgic vibe, too. It's not the most natural scent on earth and not complex or refined, but it's pleasant. The two main notes work together nicely: Strawberry makes it more flirty and sweet than the usual cherry blossom fare, and the cherry blossom makes it more wearable than a strawberry solinote. Besides these two, the only other note I smell is musk, and unfortunately that's what keeps me from fully liking the scent. It's a typical sharper "hairspray musk" that feels stale at times, not the fluffy kind of musk that I love. Performance is nothing to write home about, but okay for an affordable fruity floral like this. Like some other fragrances by TBS, I think that this would work better as a shower gel, lotion or similar product than as a personal perfume.

I purchased this perfume with a gift card from a family member around february of last year. This perfume is alright though i can’t go singing it’s praises. I was reluctant to purchase this as i felt i should just go for the classic, black musk, when at the body shop however it was out of stock. I wasn’t too keen on the original japanese cherry blossom so after a sniff of this i decided to use the gift card on this. It’s nice though it isn’t a very complex or layered scent which i typically like. As the name implies, the strawberry is very strong. over time i find it starts to feel a bit suffocating and cloying (the synthetic strawberry bomb doesn’t help with this hahahh) so i often don’t really wear it. My sister however loves this and every time she’s in my room she cadges a spritz. All in all it’s not particularly bad but it’s not particularly good either.

Sweet, simple sugary scent. Reminds me of my first ever big-girl lip gloss which was a strawberry scented roller ball. Japanese Cherry Blossom reminds me of a watered down fruity shampoo. Light cherry blossom petals, pale peony and a soft musk drydown. I should really like this, but there is something in this perfume that irritates me though. I find it to be a little childish and cloying and would have liked a warmer, amped up caramel/vanilla base. I do think this would be a great first perfume for a young girl. It's just a little too juvenile for me. I'm selling my bottle on or giving it to my young cousin.
