Vanilla Brulee

Bought 2 bottles, finished one and still save 1 more bottle. Very simple vanilla with a hint of caramel sugar. Perfect for cold weather. Love it. It reminds me of cupcakes and creme brulee.

Top Notes of vanilla, cocoa, lemon base notes of creamy custard, fruit cocktail and honey.

warm sweet vanilla with a hint of spice! Reminded me of play-doh!!

Heads up for fans of this (now harder to come by) Xmas limited edition version of the classic Body Shop Vanilla scent - "Vanilla Brulee": There is a range (I have purchased the hand wash myself) called "Vanilla & Cinnamon" by a brand called YOPE and it smells just like this!! 🖤

This is much better than their regular vanilla EDT. This one smells closer to their older vanilla edt from 10 years ago...it has that same yummy brown sugar nuance to it. Unlike the old one though, it disappears completely in less than 2 hours. Still, I like it.

Very simple but lovely. Fairly linear - a comforting and creamy vanilla note with a biscuity undertone and a hint of creme brulee. Very nice!

TBS claim that this is a slight reformulation from the 2013 vanilla scent. I disagree - this one smells just like the earlier one. Kind of plastic and disappears quickly. I love vanilla and gourmands but I had no problem leaving this one behind in the store.

This is warm sweet sweet vanilla and caramel creme brulee. Very true to its name. I think this will work very well during winter and festive season.

Smells like a cheap vanilla lotion an old lady would wear (not as in a "classic" scent, just old and musty)

The review is based on the body butter: To me it smells like a plasticky vanilla (no real pods here) combined with a burnished aspect (most probably designed to allude to the "brulee" part of a vanilla infused creme brulee). My husband commented that it smells like honey, and he is indeed right: there's a distinct honey note in this. Too synthetic, in my opinion. I will use up my body butter sample as a hand and foot cream before going to bed. This is not something I'd want to smell like. The classic vanilla and magadascan vanilla flower by TBS, albeit simple and not particularly interesting, are better than this.

This one smells so good most vanillas turn weird on the skin after awhile for me but this does not. It's the perfect vanilla that I've smelled it's sweet kinda like vanilla extract. Layering with the body butter makes it last longer the butter smells more brulee. EDIT I have the original vanilla they have out too. They are nothing alike but being both vanilla type scents. The original is oriental & more woody. The brulee is sweeter, gourmand & lighter too. Also it lasted on me a good 5hrs with one spray.

Ever since i abandoned sugar and sweets, I crave for sweeter scents. It smells very festive and sweet. The vanilla flower is also sweet but this has a cookie element to it, not the brulee I know. I bought it , but i am sure I will be sick of it soon.Not sickly sweet though!

Soft and vanilla. A lot of vanilla fragrances tend to turn on my skin a bit after a while but this one actually stays pretty true for a long time. Its only a soft scent so silage is almost nonexistent but longevity isn't bad.

Ahhhh these sweet light vanilla perfumes for the young audience, that last for minutes :( I don't want to be bad & almost never write negative reviews but could not resist this one....even before testing....

I think this may be one of my favourite vanilla fragrances. Smells like vanilla extract, and reminds me i need to bake some more vanilla cookies! Shame it is being discontinued.
