White Musk Libertine by Leona Lewis

As a huge fan of Leona Lewis .. this was a must for me.. as for the fragrance.. its no different from the original but nonetheless it smells devine and actually lasts quite a while too and the bottle is to die for .. very happy with my purchase :)

I love the Body Shop and always shop there for skin care needs (love the Vitamin E line), but have never purchased fragrance there before. At my last stock-up visit, I was given a sample bottle of White Musk Libertine. This is too sweet for my usual taste, which is no reflection on the fragrance (it's a reflection on me -- I'm not sweet!), but there was something incredibly familiar about the scent. I couldn't place it for a long time, and kept spritzing this scent on my arm before bedtime, hoping that being relaxed might jog my memory. It finally worked! When I was just a tyke, there was a splash cologne made especially for little girls, and I was always getting bottles of it as gifts so I wore it all the time. That's it!! If my memory serves me, White Musk Libertine smells exactly like the original "Skinny Dip" cologne -- every little girl's fragrance back in the late 1960s and early 1970s. (Leona Lewis is too young to remember this, but maybe her mum wore it!) Now with that out in the open, I can't give this fragrance a sensible review -- it evokes too many images of my old bell-bottom jeans, of stretching the phone cord into the bathroom for privacy, and watching Josie and the Pussycats on Saturday mornings. Amazing what scent memory can do! If you loved "Skinny Dip" and you wish Pfizer still made it, your dreams just came true. Get yourself a bottle of White Musk Libertine.

I'm so so dissapointed with this perfume, I was expecting totally different smell- of cream and candies. I would say it's like grandmas smells. Perfume smells so old fashion, hate this smell, perfume smells like cheap mens aftershave and camphor, I get sick from this smell

Quite a dissapointment. All I can smell is marshmellows and babypowder... Sweet-sweet-sweet. There's nothing interesting, there's no levels that are coming after several minutes or hours...

Dusty-musky candy orchid, not yummy, but granny-dusty. Stays on this level.
