White Tea & Elderflower

There are 2 entries for this exact same product on Fragrantica... look at both to see all of the reviews) Best projection and longevity I’ve experienced from The Body Shop and it’s only a body mist!! It projected for about 4.5 hours and was still noticeable on my clothes after 7. I even got a compliment an hour after using just one spray from a sample on my shirt, “you smell so good!” which completely sold me - I ended up buying two bottles. Very similar to Elizabeth Arden’s White Tea (scent, strength and performance), for a fraction of the price. It is a bit sharp for the first hour, but then it dries down into a very clean out-of-the-shower / spa scent. Makes me feel very calm and relaxed. Really hoping they make this a permanent addition! Please Body Shop - don’t discontinue this gem!!

Instant love, bought in 10 seconds, in spite of my rule of wearing a fragrance 3 times before pulling the trigger on the full bottle. I love it, and planning to buy a second bottle for backup, as I suppose it is a limited edition. It smells llike it says on the label, but...and it is very strange...it strongly reminds me of the original, first edition Hermes Un Jardin en Méditerranée. I know...and still. Surprizing longevity for a fragrance mist! I am not big on Body Shop perfumes, but this is a huge success with me.

Caved in and bought a bottle. It's exactly what I wanted from an elderflower scent. So fresh and nostalgic, smells kind of like the juice that comes out of a broken flower stem. Lacks a harsh opening, it's gentle from the very start. Relaxing, reminds me of drinking water with elderflower syrup on a warm summer day in a family friends' backyard. I still catch whiffs of it after 5 hours or so, even though at some point it becomes pretty subtle. Very clean and bright, I definitely recommend it!

A Photorealistic dewy garden. Elderflowers are bobbing in the wind. The neighbour’s grass has been mowed, but it’s quiet now. The air is a little bitter with early pollen. There’s moss on the stone you’re sitting on. A timeless, enveloping, and slightly somber moment that I wasn’t at all expecting from a fragrance mist bought on sale for six Canadian dollars. I’m in love.

Absolutely divine. I hope TBS keeps this as a permanent range as it is beautiful and quite complex - fizzy and fresh whilst also being gentle and calming at the same time. I can’t believe that this is an inexpensive fragrance mist. I honestly love this more than many of my fragrances that cost 10-15 times as much. An eau de parfum would be heaven.

The best summer edition from The Body Shop for years! Clean, feminine and beautiful -and long lasting for a fragrance mist. The shower gel and body yogurt are also excellent. I don ́t smell any cucumber (thank heavens!) but the elderflower note is strong and divine.

It lasts longer than I expected, atleast 6h. Very pleasant smell, feminine and freshly showered. Great for warmer days, light and airy.

So light and fresh, feels like a glass of water. perfect after a shower and heading to bed.

Generously sprayed onto clothes, at first spray I immediately picked up on a cucumber smell but it very quickly left, I’m not sure what white tea is supposed to smell like, but I do know what elderflower is supposed to, and I have to say, I was hoping to get more of an elderflower cordial scent, especially when I read that they added pear to the mix, but this just smells very elder floral heavy, as I mentioned I sprayed it generously, assuming it would be weak as it’s a mist, and it is surprisingly strong, so be cautious with the amount you put on because it can quickly get overbearing. Definitely a spring/summer fragrance, I’m looking at the notes, and to be honest I think they should have added a berry note into the mix to sweeten it or even vanilla. Yes it is fresh, yes it would be uplifting if sprayed once or twice. I will time it to give an account as to how long it lasts on clothes. Update- 4 hours into the wear, I can still smell it, it is much lighter, a reviewer has mentioned 6hour longevity and I think that’s fair. As it is a mist, re-applying is always an option anyway if you want more out of it, but overall I think it’s an okay fragrance for the price. Knowing what it smells like now, I would have passed up on buying it, but oh well.

Only white tea and nothing else. It's sad because I blind bought it for the elderflower note and not for the white tea note, for that I have white tea ginger lily from arden.

smells exactly like the name - i quite like it it doesnt have the 'perfume' smell that most scents do. very nice for spring, only qualm is that its too strong :(
