Accidental Vanille: Cream Of Berries

This is one of my favorite gourmand Dua frags! It's LITERALLY strawberry cheese cake, and vanilla, in the BEST way possible! It's not overly sweet or too cloying. It smells so good! Longevity is all day on my clothes and projection is meh moderate...I'd say arms length, but I feel that's perfect for this scent profile, any stronger and the oils would prob come off synthetic and overbearing, and stray too far from the OG fragrance as it's not beast mode either. This is a LOVE and I will always keep a BUB.

It smells more like blueberries than strawberries. The cheesecake note is like the bbw baked goods note the usual Graham cookies scent or pie crust, but not as intense as in bbw berry waffle cone. It's a more vanilla toasted graham cookie scent that stays soft. The scent of Accidental Vanille Cream of Berries is more like the bbw Blueberry Bundt cake - like pretty identical, than Strawberry Pound Cake. The strawberry note comes forth more at the later drydown being slightly juicy-sour like strawberry, but it's not like the strawberry of SPC. Same league as Blueberry Sugar Pancakes too, but throughout, as I said, it's quite identical to blueberry Bundt cake with better lasting power and intensity.

This is a nice perfume that is an interesting mix of whipped cream and strawberry...but also has a little woody note, probably the styrax. Sandalwood keeps it smooth and overall it's a nice day perfume for anytime of year. I think the whipped cream and berry are overwhelmed by the sandalwood and styrax. The inspiration is Accident À La Vanille - Crème De La Berry by Jousset Parfums, which I have not smelled but people like it to Strawberry Pound Cake from Bath & Body Works. This perfume is missing just that, the layering with Strawberry Pound Cake. That would make it complete!! A nice perfume by DUA for the price but for me, it needs a little more sweeting up.

Capn Crunch Berries, Strawberry Milk. Nice fragrance that smells delicious!

Smells exactly like Captain Crunch with the milk added. Perfect for layering. Berries and lactose in the initial spray and the drydown is vanilla and cereal. Gourmand lovers dream. Doesn't project as well as my other Dua's but it's great for layering.

Longevity was okay while the projection is pretty bad, specially considering this is not a cheap DUA designer line perfume

Dua used to be a caring company many years ago. Now, not so much.
