Not the best from clones out there but very very close to original Rouge 540. Same modest projection and good longevity, the same peekaboo effect in the drydown when it comes and goes unexpectedly. Overall, definitely check this one out but price-wise, unless you get it 20%-25% off, there are better clones for the money.

I am surprised no one has reviewed this fragrance yet. Casino Royale is exact replica of BR540. I have tested them both and find the C Royale actually has better performance than BR540. If the MFK Prices are stopping you then Casino Royale Please !

Total beast! One of the longest lasting fragrances I have. Highly recommended no matter what reviewers say that don't actually own it.

I am with another confused reviewer on here: my sample says "Royal Nights" so....I'll give "Casino Royale" the benefit of the doubt. This is VERY close to BR540 ! I am happy. From a few inches away it's "VERY CLOSE" but -- smell this directly and it's a different story . Weird. Close up this has a synthetic berry smell - but from 6 inches away --VERY close to BR540 indeed. This needs to "air out" . Try a decant if you can. I'm not sure on the longevity OR "next day on clothes" test. Yes, it's oily. A full bottle is very possible for me soon! EDIT: Nice. I'm getting whiffs hours later .... just bought a full sized bottle . EDIT#2: Yes. This has staying power. I get "pop up whiffs" now and again- thus , they really did "crack the code" on BR540 like nobody else did in the past few years! And yes: this needs to "sit" when you first get it -- it gets stronger after a while . Ironic that the REAL BR540 needs to to develop as well . I will look into other DUA products soon.....FINAL EDIT:: Sadly - like Ariana Grand CLOUD: once you nose gets accustomed to this -- you can no longer smell it !!

I have 5 DUA fragrances with mixed views. This one Is comparable to other clones of BR540 I have smelled. I personally only know clones at this point, so I can only say it compares to that DNA, and not the original inspiration. Cost wise it is less expensive than the real deal, but not exactly cheap. This is only sold in 30ml sizes, so it can add up if you were to use it frequently. That being said the concentration is thick and rather oily. Because of this, I find Casino Royale unpleasant to wear, and is best suited to cooler weather. This is a sweet cotton candy sugar scent, long lasting with decent silage, unisex but leaning feminine in my opinion. Not a macho fragrance, but will likely appeal to those around the wearer. Really hard to get past the oily residue on this, so I rarely wear it out, and it will stick to your clothes. I can’t really recommend this contribution, hit up a different clone house.

Let me start out by explaining I have MAD LOVE for Baccarat Rouge 540 and was curious about the potential similarity with this perfume, especially considering the cost difference. I took a chance and bought Casino Royale and am so happy I did. In a side to side comparison these scents are difficult to tell apart, and performance is fantastic as in the original masterpiece. This is an absolutely gorgeous fragrance and when I wore this out for the first time I was literally stopped twice and asked what scent I was wearing! I must warn that a little bit goes a long way, as this perfume is quite strong. Fabulous!

I can see how this grows on you ... at first, the opening is so sweet and while the sweetness hovered for me, I would get wafts of something much more pleasant and woody and unisex. Sadly, after many wears, I cannot get past the opening. I need to love it, too; or at least it needs to pass more quickly. I had the exact experience with Eau des Merveilles, unfortunately. Is it the orange, amber and oak moss combination? The hunt for my favourite all-season unisex continues. I have a full bottle and open to trade.

Blind buy after seeing a few reviews and was actually surprised at how good this was. Smells exactly like BR540 and i mean exactly. It smells that good i am not sure if i will re buy br540 when i am finished because I prefer the extract version and its £300 for 70ml vs dua version £50 for 30ml so its a no brainier really. Now it doesn’t last as long as BR540 but i am getting 7-8 hours so performance is definitely good enough and sillage is again probably not as good as BR540 but it is very close.

Just got this and I've never smelled br540 but this smells pretty good. It's like a sweet scent with a hint of woods in the back ground. It seems very light but I keep getting whiffs of it so I'm guessing it projects pretty well. Only bad I noticed so far is that it's oily so don't spray too close or on clothes. Edit: smelled br540 today in Saks and they smell exactly the same. Don't waste your money on br540. There is no difference.

Absolutely love this one!!! The performance of Casino Royale is outstanding!!! An the scent truly is right there with BR540! The main difference between BR540 and Casino Royale is in the openings. 540 has a beautiful opening when you apply it to the skin (first 5-7 mins of the scent). After the opening, the scents truly smell Very Very Very similar!!! If BR540 price tag is stopping you, definitely give this a try!

This is my least favorite BR540 dupe. I prefer Cloud & 2.0 Intense to Casino Royal. I didn't care for the samples I received with my order, either. I probably won't order from DUA again, tbh. Lattafa Thara Thameen is probably the better dupe for BR540 over DUA, imo. I prefer Cloud to that one, too, but my SO likes it. I gave both Casino Royale & Thara Thameen to him. He wears Thara Thameen way more than Casino Royale.

Smells like Baccarat. Performance is odd. When I first got it, performance was good. Longevity was solid, eternal on clothes. Sillage was nice. Now AFTER it's had time to macerate, performance is awful. Maybe an hour or 2 of longevity on freshly moisturized skin. Sillage is decent still but it's gone so quick it doesn't matter. Weird deal. The smell is good but look else where for your BR540 dupes.

Mehhhh. I think this dupe is okay. It's not terrible, but any decently trained nose can tell the difference between this and BR540, and BR540 is markedly better. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. That being said, if you happen to like this scent, go for it. The projection/sillage are impressive, and the scent does last all day. But is it 100% the same as BR540 and you can't tell the difference? No. I would rather pay more and have the real thing. And if I couldn't afford the real thing, I'd rather just have a decant of the real thing than a bottle of this. Also be careful if you have expensive/delicate fabrics like cashmere and silk. This stuff is really oily.

Do not be fooled by the price as you are getting just 30ml which per ml is very similar to the original MFK BR540. VERY oily so you'd think it should have had good longevity. Seems that all of the oil has a high amount of filler (aroma free ingredient) and this dense composition is lacking when it comes to performance expectations. Projection is poor after 3 hours and the scent is pretty linear for the next 2 hours. The high concentration of oil on skin and poor performance makes me think that they use poor materials and filler and then hugely increase the concentration in the hope it will do the job. Overall: 4/10 Value for money:2/10 Performance: 4/10

This isnt even a perfume house. It's just mixed dupe oils with alcohol and hustled in generic decant bottles. Poor man's perfume sold at a price more than its worth

I don’t know if there’s something wrong with my bottle or if this is what it actually is supposed to smell like but it smelled like a fart. I’m so sorry but naaah.. I’ll let it macerate and pray it gets better but I will never wear this if this is what it smells like

OK, first off, let me say that this review will stand a good chance of getting deleted, because apparently anyone that says anything bad about Dua gets shut down by downvoting, likely from Dua. I have not smelled this particular fragrance, but the ones I do own from Dua are very hit and miss. The first fragrance I tested was Caribbean waters and it did a pretty good job with cloning the highly sought after Virgin Island Water from Creed. I thought... Success. Then I blindly ordered 2 more fragrances from them, hoping for the same success. Big mistake. I got the Straight to Heaven and Xerjoff Kobe clones and honestly, not worth the money at all. There are some online reviewers and vloggers who are pretty harsh on Dua and I'm going to have to agree with them. With Dua, it seems like you get less than what you pay for and a lot of the clones are not well done at all. Lastly, this business model, selling clones and not having any creativity to create fragrances yourself is not one that I can continue to support. I realize the flaw in buying clones or cheap knock offs (of anything, not just fragrances) and the flaw is that it kills creativity and development for legitimate fragrance houses. Sorry Dua, I'm going for the real thing from now on. Also, there's no way of testing any of their fragrances before buying a bottle. No retail, no samples, nothing. Also, there's no packaging and the bottles, especially the new ones with the plastic cap are literally the cheapest bottles I have ever laid my eyes on. Also, never trust a webpage that doesn't allow any negative posts to show up like Dua's. In conclusion, the only fragrance I have from Dua that is worth owning is Caribbean waters and even now, I'm a bit turned off by the brand in general. In my opinion, they just aren't worth the money you spend on them. Sorry for highjacking the Casino Royale review page, but I felt like I needed to write a review on the ones I do own. The STH clone and the Kobe clone are straight trash can.

Just recvd my bottle of Casino Royale Nights from Dua. This is sold as a fragrance inspired by both BR540 & BR540 Extrait. First, I agree that paying $60 + for 1 ounce of a clone frag is pushing the limits of sanity. But I wanted to see how close this came to the target fragrance. And I have to say it is damn close! I have only sampled BR540, not the extrait, but Casino Royale Nights, to my nose, is a slightly warmer, less spun sugar, version of the original 540. I quite like it and will wear it without hesitation. I really don't get any residual oil smell that others have complained about or anything that stands apart from the MFK original. * I recently tried Parfums Vintage Sunset in Heaven, which is also a BR540 clone. I found Sunset In Heaven to be very close as well. It has slightly better longevity, but not quite the same warmth. As they cost nearly the same, Sunset In Heaven may be a better deal because it comes in a 50 mil bottle rather than Dua's 30 mil. Despite raising its prices, Dua seems to be selling quite well. I'll be buying Casino Royale Nights as long as it is available.

I actually own the royale nights version, a clone of the br540 extrait de parfum. didnt see royale nights in the database. my impression is that this is very close to the original, I know because I bought a decant of the real thing. I love this. it projects like a beast on me even in the cold. it also lasts forever, 12 plus hrs on skin and several days if you spray on clothes. recieved a compliment one day in the cold about 30 degrees farenheit. The only difference to me is that the almond note is more pronounced than the BR540 edp Go easy on the spray, 2 or three sprays will do the trick. if your a person on a budget and br540 is out of reach, I reccomend this. adding to my review that despite what one reviewer said you can spray on clothes even though it is very dense, slightly oily. the trick is to hold the sprayer maybe six or more inches away from clothes, get a good primed spray and it wont leave a stain . also I don't get an oily smell like some reviewers have mentioned.

If MFK prices are stopping you buying Baccarat Rouge 540, then buying Casino Royale will only save you about 37 cents (USD) per ml compared to BR540. The main advantage of Casino Royale is that it comes in a 30ml bottle, so you can start off small. But the price per ml works out to only a little less than BR540's cost per ml. So do the math before you buy. And smell both scents, of course. There are also options for buying BR540 in smaller amounts than the full bottle, if you check out the Maison Francis Kurkdjian website. No, I'm not affiliated with MFK in any way, but I like the fragrance and I respect FK's work. I've read a lot of reviews that rave about the low cost of Dua Fragrances. Yes, they are low cost, but you only get 30ml. It's like raving about how a motorbike costs 50% less than a car. That's true, but you only get two wheels for your money, not four. Dua Fragrances are the motorbikes of the fragrance world, IMO.

This fragrance is supposed to be an inspired take on Kurkdjian Baccarat Rogue 540. I couldn’t resist and had to find out since I own BR 540. I am disappointed but not surprised. Before one can get to the comparison, there is this weird funky body oil funky smell that never seems to go away. The modern formulation of Cool Water compares better with Green Irish Tweed than this compares to BR 540. It’s like some decent oil that might smell comparable was mixed 40/60 with some cheap neutral oil, and then mixed with perfume alcohol. Do not believe the hype. The only thing that trails is that weird body oil funk. Not a hater. Just telling you how it is. You will get weird looks if you wear it out in public, not because it doesn’t have a pleasant smell overall, but people will legitimately wonder who would embarrass themselves like that.

This review is for Casino Royale Nights. I blind bought because of CubaKnow raving about it on youtube. First let me say $60 for 1 ounce of juice is a bit much, but I thought to myself hey if it's concentrated and smells good I'll give it a shot. The fragrance itself I like enough, sort of a warm cotton candy, but it is so weak I had to spray 8-10 times before I could even tell I was wearing it. My initial test was one spray to my wrist and I could barely smell anything. Casino Royale Nights has almost no sillage whatsoever and the longevity for me is about 2 hours. Ultimately I am disappointed and I cannot recommend this to anyone, even though fragrance is subjective and I do like (not love) the scent itself, the performance/projection is a deal breaker Scent 7/10 Performance 5/10 Protection 2/10

So I picked up a bottle of this to compare to my sample of Baccarat Rouge 540. To me this smells like the extrait, not the parfum. But they do smell incredibly similar to my nose. This is definitely a lot stronger than 540. I think it comes from this almond note that's in there. Which is why it reminds me of the extrait. I can smell it on my wrist while typing this review so I'd say it projects a few feet. I do get the extra oilness that other people mentioned. My wrist is shiny for a while after spraying it. Is this worth it? Maybe. That depends on if you want to buy a clone or not. You could always buy 10ml decants of 540 for way cheaper and those would last a long time. But if you want something stronger then maybe this is a good option for you.

I dunno, maybe they have bad batches of this stuff.. I haven't tried it but I trust Stewie's opinion on youtube. Guy has always been honest and a straight shooter.. I also seen people who have hated on DUA give this a positive review... Yet all the dislikes are crazy.. DUA is like Jeremy fragrance.. It brings in non objective lovers and haters.. It's annoying. The fragrance I have tried from DUA were good. Desert reflection was a very very good clone of reflection man. THeir elixir 2.0 was a very very good clone of aventus.. I just didn't think it was worth the price because I can get 30ml of aventus for roughly the same price.. I recommend people to get samples and make up their own mind.

I was curious how Close this come to BR540. It is a good clone I would say, however, I cannot stand the plastic cap and the overall impression of using the bottles. While still quite nice bottle design, it just feel very cheap. Morevover, my Review is skewed since I received this bottle in a swap with (what showed afterwards) a very negative person, so I do not want to keep this one in my Collection. I find Casino Royale quite sweet, more sweeter (burned sugar) than BR540, while decent performance (5 hours), the porjection is not that good and the scent is quite Close to the body. If BR540 is out your budget, try this one. For myself, I would be looking at Alexandria Fragrances.

Just real quick....to the gentleman who posted his review on DUA not being all that its cracked up to be I say your opinion is your opinion. I definitely am not one to knock anybody who is a free thinker and speaks their mind. I do want to point out though a few things. DUA has a Facebook page where you can join and through that site you can order 3ml samples of just about all of the fragrances. They even do promotions feom time to time. I do agree the prices are on the higher side but name any house this year or last that hasnt gone up some in price. I own three Dua’s and although they project well, there’s something a bit off with all of them, none of them smell ‘natural’ I hardly ever wear any of them. I’ve been tempted to try some of their recent creations such as the Envy clone and the Midnight Rendezvous or whatever thats supposed to be a ringer for OG La Nuit. BUT...I just find their whole business model too gimmicky and the final nail in the coffin for me came today when I saw them selling scented hand sanitizers for $25. Way to capitalise on that virus DUA!!

universal perfumes and cosmetics sells perfume oils for both baccarat rouge and baccarat rouge extrait-both have amazing projection,and very long lasting...price-$13 for 3ml...you can use it as an oil, or make your own spray-both of them are more than worth trying... check out the perfume oils thread in the niche section for more reviews of universal(i am not assoc with them-just a very happy customer!)

I get 8 plus hrs of longevity and a scent bubble projection with this one. One spray on my stomach is enough. I will layer it with Error 408 or Sweet Amalfi. Dua is no joke. Don't listen to these trolls that are just mad because they spent all their savings on poor re-formulated originals, from multi-million/billion dollar houses, that are cutting corners and ripping them off.

Just received this fragrance, it’s nice but I wouldn’t say it’s as close to BR540 as a lot of people say. To my nose it’s sweeter and it’s got a bit less of the woody/amberyness that BR540 has to it. I’d definitely wear this again and considering the price it’s a good alternative, but if you have the money I’d definitely say you can’t beat the original.

@andrewj: I haven't smelled either this or BR540 to compare them or to comment on their quality. However, your math is WAAAAY OFF! BR540 is $300 on LuckyScent (for 70ml). You can get 2 bottles of this from DUA's website (60ml) for $90, with the 25% discount code. How do you figure they are comparable in price?

This is on Casino Royal Nights (br540 extrait). The extrait is more noticeable on my skin so I was excited to get Dua’s limited edition 100ml bottle. It’s identical. Amazing stuff. Worth every penny. Wish I knew the dude that runs this show, I’d shake his hand and buy him a Hershey bar.

If you’re here, just compare the price per-millilitre with the (brilliant) original—it’s not a great value alternative. Nevertheless, this is an a good approximation of BR540 I’d say. I have the elixir version, and it’s fine—hard to distinguish from the original, in the air.

Had to try to this just to see. It is really similar. worn side by side BR540 lasts much longer, and the Casino Royale has a cigarette smoke smell slightly which is off putting at first. It's an ok substitute for the real thing, but I would save my money and buy BR540 again.

Do not blind buy this. Cubaknow gets paid by these that is why praises the shit out of any dua fragrances. If you want to smell like a real cologne then get a real cologne.

I own several bottles of MFK BR540 and this is a very passable clone. I wear it on days when I want BR540 without "wasting" it.

Dua fragrance are just worthless , don't pay more for dupe when u can buy original for same price .
