Cherry Casino

Less than 24 hours into this fragrance, and I am very much in love. I order my Dua scents secondhand because they have already gone thru maceration and the price is even lower than their very fair prices. Extraits are FAR better performing than your run of the mill Eau de Parfums. But they need time to bloom. So what if I sacrifice a few spritzes? I paid $20 for a full size bottle on Mercari. Spectacular response I've gotten over 12 hours. Even my old straight buddy Bill with oxygen dependant COPD said this was the best perfume he's smelt in a long time. He asked for a spritz bedore I left. The TF cherry DNA is clean, bright and cuts through the foamy cashmere pillow that is BR540 DNA. GREAT MIX. Better than Oakcha's hybrid. This frag makes me feel expensive and clean. Almost gave me a woody. Okay, it did.

For me this is a total night fragrance. I had never smelled BR540 but I love Lost Cherry. Now that I know what BR540 smells like, I'm smelling it all around me! And it smells just like this perfume. I haven't done a side by side or anything, but from my naive nose, this seems like a really perfect dupe. And I loooove the combo of cherry and BR540. It works really well. A perfect bar/night out fragrance.

Finally a great sour cherry scent paired with some kickass jasmine! I further skanked mine up with a tiny spritz of lush lust og formula and I am reveling in this. I feel like a million bucks! Now to sit back and find something on the boob tube to watch because I have no life and on Saturday nights we wear black and stay home lol

I love this and is a no brainer blind buy. A perfect mix of BR540 and Lost Cherry. Performance is great!

I am reviewing this right now before its macerated. (I will come back in a month and make updates) I got this in the mail today and put it on the inside of my elbows and wrist. It has a little bit of the sweetness of BCR 540, especially in the opening but it is mostly sour cherry. There is also a very faint note that smells like synthetic burnt sugar or plastic. It is gone within a couple of seconds and although unpleasant doesn't ruin this for me. I get cherry liquor and incense. A little bit of almond and a touch of something floral and green in there somewhere. A unisex scent for sure, although just a little more fem. I noticed it faded into that incense type accord and then when I could no longer smell it really (after a couple of hours but I didn't spray much) I put lotion on and applied my TF Bitter Peach. Later on in the evening I was laying on my stomach watching TV and I kept smelling cherry. I figured it must have gotten on my bedding somehow when I sprayed earlier. Finally I realized it was coming from the inside of my elbow. At that point it had been 12 hours since I originally applied it and I had even covered it up with another perfume. I am really pleased and cant wait to try it after it sits a little.

For those who don't know, this is a hybrid fragrance inspired by BR540 and Lost Cherry. Imagine both of those combined and you get Cherry Casino. Tart cherry with that signature "burnt cotton candy" scent you get from BR540. As with most Dua fragrances, this one has kickass sillage and lifespan. To me, this feels like a very versatile scent. You could probably wear it in most situations in any season and it'd be fine. The cherry is tart/sour and not as sweet as you'd expect, probably due to the ambergris. If you like BR540 or Lost Cherry you owe it to yourself to try this hybrid.

It really nails that liquorlike, syrupy cherry note that Lost Cherry has, still being present when it becomes more like BR540.

With Duas they are Extraits de Parfums which means they’re oil based and after receiving, you have to spray twice to let oxygen into the bottle and the oils will begin to macerate, mature and blend more together over time. That’s when the fragrance really comes into itself and become beast mode within 4 weeks! Dua is one of my favorite houses because their perfumes last so long and project very well on top of smelling amazing! The bottles last so long for that reason because they’re not Eau de Parfume, they’re extraits! On with the review... which this may be ironic because this fragrance is my least favorite out of all 30 duas that I have 😂😂 This is a Hybrid of Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry and BKR This is a syrupy sweet Cherry (it’s not TOO sweet) It’s giving maraschino cherry, dark cherry, and cherry syrup with a hint of Baccarat Rouge in the background . It’s great, but I feel like I was looking for something more sweet and this is more sultry and gives me a bit of a cough syrup vibe. Out of all my Duas this one is not one that I TRULY love. When I finish it I will not be repurchasing... This is a nice fragrance don’t get me wrong, but it’s very sickly syrupy cherry.. This is very sexy, but I feel that Sweeties Lost Cherry would be more what I was looking for. The Cherry does blend nicely with the BKR DNA. My boyfriend loves this on me, but I personally just want something sweeter and think I’m falling out of wanting to have the BKR dna on me. This is very sexy date night or bed time fragrance for your partner 😗✨

The DUA Brand is a HUGE disappointment for me. I purchased 6 fragrances and 4 of them are horrendous. Literally one smells like vomit, one smells like sour boozy olives, the Pure Nectar is supposed to be a take off of Erba Pura...at 1st smelled "okay". The dry down got stronger and REALLY pungent...like burning my nose hairs. I added it to the throw away pile because of how bad it smells. The only 2 left are the Cherry Casino and Desire II which both are just "okay". I have other dupes for Tom Ford LC that are way better. The only positive I have for this brand is the shipping details and quick delivery is def on point. The products are absolutely not worth the money.

It’s lost cherry with BR540. But much more lost cherry which I don’t like at all. Buy it only if you already like lost cherry. Edit: it's actually super nice smell after +- 3 hours. The dry down has a more sweet cherry than the a sour/smoked cherry in the top notes. It's a cold essence. I like it more in the dry down and in the clothes last 12 hrs at least with a much nicer BR450 vibe than in the skin ☺️

Terrible stinky masculine spice bomb and no returns! Incredibly disappointed. This does not smell like a perfume at all

Cherry Casino is a hybrid scent of 2 dupes: Lost Cherry combined w/ BR540 Extrait. 🍒 LOVE! what a fabulous combination! very CHERRY opening, holds on to that very yummy cherry opening of Lost Cherry but you smell BR540 Extrait behind. Really nice!
