Collateral Damage

I've had Side Effect. I currently got the Montagne, Parfums Vintage, Lattafa and Fragrance World dupes. I just love this scent profile. If you have any of those, Collateral Damage is redundant. However, if you don't have any, it has its differences up close, but in the air, it smells like Side Effect. Even better, to me it smells superior to the current, weaker Side Effect batches. I like it above the other dupes due to it being smoother, but it's not as rich and complex as the Montagne and Parfums Vintage ones. No regrets, though. Dua is legit! I foolishly avoided them for years until I decided to give them a chance, and I'm glad I did.

Purchased this last year and shelved it so didn't get any wear time. This is an amazing scent. To me it's not 1:1 with Side Effect. Should be considered a hybrid with a touch of Cunning Defense (French defense) because there is absolutely cherry in this. With that said its going to make for an amazing fall and winter fragrance! This is more wearable to me than the OG and I prefer it over Paris Corner Farah

smell: Much STRONGER version of Initio Side Effect. Alluring scent profile. rating: 9 of 10. projection: 2ft+ (easy to fill the room) longevity: up to 12hrs+ (beast mode all days) occasion: date night. not suitable for: anyone that doesn't like sweet honey tobacco type of scent.

I did not have smelled the OG but this is a rum and tobbaco bomb in the opening. For me its just too much rum lol. The projection and longevity are amazing, 2h of projection and 10h of longevity. After 2h it becomes so sexy and sensual, the notes of tobacco has a sweetness on it Edit: I think maceration is a thing, it gets better with time. Less rum and more subtle

In all honesty, this is better than Side Effect. Had a pre-form Side Effect and still preferred the Dua. Smells better, lasts longer and projects further. I feel like Collateral Damage has a slight cherry note in it that isn’t listed in the notes. If I could transfer this into a Side Effect bottle I would lol 9.5/10
