Desire II

I became obsessed with the notes in Xerjoff’s original while I was searching for the perfect summer fragrance, but was too poor to buy it and did not want to bother getting a sample if I couldn’t afford it anyway. So I got this instead! The first spray gives an absolutely beautiful photorealistic slightly-green mango. The initial drydown is very unisex. Around 5 hours later, it still smelled quite fresh and green on my clothes with a hint of powdery creaminess developing. On my skin, the creaminess blossomed without becoming overly sweet, and that realistic mango note remained. It reminds me of a mango covered in that starchy powder that fruit vendors sometimes use. I typically have a hard time with fruit or tropical fragrances because everything is usually too much like a cheap body spray, artificial, overly sweet or overly green for me, but this is stunning. I will be buying a full bottle.

This is fantastic and exceeded my expectations after trying the original from Xerjoff. I do not need to spend $175+/50ml on Xerjoff because this is giving me CREAMY MANGO! And it lasts and projects too! One of the best from DUA imo. I know there are no "creamy" notes listed but be rest assured - it is creamy. And it is delicious. Get this instead. No weird notes, nothing off about this DUA (I have had some bad experiences)... No. This one is amazing.

Less laconic and syrupy than original which makes this more wearable in humid yucky days so I actually like this a lot ! It’s still sweet,bit more fresh. I get the guava too and a bit greenness and tartness from blackcurrant. It’s still that mango and guava smoothie not milkshake like the original. Such a great dupe ! You really don’t need both

Please for the love of God let this macerate before you try this. I might have got a bad batch or something; but if you give it a chance to dry down, you should have a good time with it. Opening is harsh for me. Overall good for me though with the fruitiness of it. Aside from that, this is going to be a 1 of 1.

This is spot on. A creamy, beautiful mango that smells nearly identical to the OG (which I also own and love.)

I like it. It seems a bit more musky than the original. But it works for me.
