A solid Herod clone - quite close to the original. It's definitely NOT stronger than my 2023 batch of PDM Herod (after 4 months maceration) or my 2018 Herod decant (the red juice). I was hoping for a more prominent cherry-tobacco/sweet note to really nail it, so it falls a little short of my expectations. Perhaps this DUA juice also needs some time to macerate? Even after international shipping to NZ, it still clocks in at about 50% of Herod’s price per ml, so no complaints there.

always trust the note breakdown this is oily first of all id imagine its a lot different than herod though ive never smelt the og this focused not at all on sweet it focuses on the iso e super musk woods leathery with undertones of sweetness that are inviting and are approachable so its attractive and skin like not too overpowering at all infact id say its always less than arms length id argue its completely unisex and would appeal to a woman to wear.

PDM HEROD on steroid. Attar Extrait but I wish Dua could make Extrait de Parfum of this because I find this heavy on Oil and this can only be used on skin.

Love this stuff. Herod ain’t what it used to be but this replaces what Herod was. It is oily but works great on skin. So smooth and classy.

Perfect PDM Herod dupe scent-wise but MUCH stronger. Even half a spray is too potent if you're in close quarters. It does dry down eventually but it really kicks you in the face for the first hour at least.

This dupe of PDM Herod is closer than Alexandria Fragrance Arabian Horse. About 80% to Herod. It is fairly oily though. So is Amouage Royal Tobacco. Alexandria Fragrance Arabian Horse is much ligher than the Dua Brand. Almost like a summer version of Herod . King of Judea Attar is a bit closer to Herod overall. Not exactly as heavy or thick as Herod. And a bit lighter. I noticed Dua has more depth than Alexandria Fragrance for dupes. This definitely sits closer to the skin though .
