Leche De Rose

Leche de Rose is a Dua original from 2022, aptly named for its milky, rosy quality with a creamy, sweet, even if slightly sharp, sense. Its categorization as a floral gourmand is very appropriate, and it’s a hybrid concept that I generally find quite difficult to make work well with the lone exception of some rose pairings (alongside chocolate, vanilla, coffee) so it’s fitting that a milky rose might be a workable concept, and Mahsam has done a great job with this. Cashmere musk adds a noticeably non-gourmand aspect that keeps the blend feeling a bit restrained, and carefully put together. It performs well but does not seem excessive, overdone in any way. 8 out of 10

A sugary, but very green and fresh rose. Has a strong dose of musk and an oudy base note that makes this not quite gourmand. I was hoping for a sweet & creamy gourmand reminiscent of lavender gelato, sakura milk tea, rose and lavender macarons, rose water lassi that I've tried. This isn't it, but there definitely is a sugary rose. Way nicer and softer than the loud, floral, synthetic rose perfumes I used to smell on other people. But my hunt for a gourmand milky rose continues. Update: The sister of versatile paris accrodisiaque. The rose used in this is, to my nose, identical. Of course that scent has a lot more to it. Accrodisiaque could be your "going out" scent and Leche de Rose your "staying in" scent

Not the gourmand rose milk I was looking for but still a nice creamy rose with warmth. This is NOT a Delina dupe as mentioned below. Delina is my signature scent and this isn’t even close.

This smells nearly identical to Delina. Synthetic rose with some creaminess to it. I wanted it to be more of a milk scent combined with real, fresh rose, but it’s that powdery, sort of sickly sweet fake rose that is Delina and it should be labeled as a dupe on the website because I would have skipped it (because I’m not much of a Delina fan). That being said, I think someone else would really like it, I know this kind of scent is super popular. But it’s just not for me.

Dislike. I wanted it to be a sweet lactonic rose, but I just don’t think the notes work well together. It seemed disjointed and confused as to what it was supposed to be. I normally enjoy rose-based fragrances, but this one was just muddled and uninspiring. I gave it away.
