Scarlet Warrior

Alright so after reading the 50/50 split in reviews I decided to bite the bullet and buy this because my original bottle of Viking ran out. I'll be blunt and let you know whoever is on the fence, this does not smell like Creed Viking. Viking is a musky (heavy on the musk) creamy lavender and orange fragrance. Scarlet Warrior has an OVERDOSE of pink pepper and citrus here, Its missing the woody and musky base entirely making it overly sharp and flat. I honestly regret my purchase and I don't know, hopefully after letting the juice sit a bit it'll mature and improve (cope).

Buyer Beware, I bought Scarlett Warrior January 2023. I own Creed Viking and upon comparison I found that Scarlett Warrior is absolutely awful in comparison. I have read others reviews and I sincerely think I may have a misformulation of a bottle because my bottle of Scarlett Warrior smelled like cheap unscented lotion. Absolutely terrible and nothing like Viking. I reached out to Dua for help and didn't even ask for my money back and I recieved zero reply. Im not sure what happened, maybe when Dua first released the fragrance it maybe smelled good, but not today. Be Careful and beware.

I don’t see the Appeal for buying half of these DUA fragrances. I get that you want the smell of the Luxury Niche fragrances for less - but are you really getting the scent for that much less? Example: Scarlet Warrior. Now I originally wanted to buy this because I adore Viking, but it’s not a cheap buy. So I though I’d save some money and get the scent I want for less. Now, the only place I can seemingly find DUA fragrances are on their website. DUA wants $60 for a 30ML bottle. Realistically speaking you can get 15% easily. So a realistic price to pay is $51. But then DUA slaps on $9 shipping for continental USA. Now where back up to $60 for 30ML. That works out to $2/ml of DUA fragrance, presentation and quality. Now, Creed Viking. I can easily get that from discounters/ Trustworthy Grey Market like Fragrancenet. As of right now (September 14/2020) I can get a 100ml bottle of Viking for $208 (with fragranceNets 35% discount code - which anyone can get) & of course offers free Shipping within the US. And that makes Real Viking about 2.08/ml Hell, I’m willing to bet a can get 30ml of Real Viking from Decant dealers for less than what DUA wants for 30ml of their clone.

Who cares what it smells like .. although I’ve been stupid enough to buy 7 from this awful company ... the service goes beyond awful and lands at fraud . I ordered from them recently and instead of the frag I ordered they sent a woman’s perfume . I tried to get my money back and they refused , said the frag I ordered was out of stock and they would not send a refund but would allow me to pick another from their site ..complete fraud .. looks like I’m heading to small claims .. stay away from this horrible company ... BTW out of the 7 frags I’ve purchased 6 are unwearable trash .. only Scarlett Warrior was close to the frag it was cloning

This is a minty shallow facsimile of Creed Viking. You pay for what you get. Creed has more depth, is richer more masculine , does not need mint to remain fresh and has far more staying power still going strong while the other has disappeared into little anaemic wisps of fragrance. Beware video reviews saying they prefer the first 2-3 hours of Dua over CV. I can only assume a brown envelope inspired short circuit in olfactory circuitry.

@S G To me a lot of Creed is mass market in niche disguise; personally I'd only get Dua if the original brand only offer 50ml bottles for $200+ or are otherwise unobtainable. Dua offers fragrances that are marketed by brands as "ultra rare," "exclusive," or limited that cost up to $500-1000! In those cases, even if they only got 90% similarly, it's a steal since Dua almost always last longer.

Not sure what 1Constantine1 is talking about; as has been noted by reputable YouTube reviewers Redolesscence, BFL, and others, this Dua fragrance performs better than Creed Viking and smells 95%+ like Creed Viking. I respect the opinion but this one is better than you're saying...

This smells very close to creed viking but on me it destroys creed viking in terms of longevity. I had a sample of creed Viking and it was so weak sauce I couldn't even consider buying a bottle at creed prices. This one lasts my workday which is perfect.

Dua fragrance are just worthless , don't pay more for dupe when u can buy original for same price .
