The Dua Brand did a great job resurrecting the long discontinued YSL Ultime dna. I believe it's stronger than the original but just as with the original it doesn't feel like a beast mode fragrance. I'm pretty sure I go nose blind with the Dua Brand just like I did with YSL. The quality of this fragrance is absolutely solid, there is no harsh alcohol, no weird or off smelling notes, it's excellent from beginning to end. I'm really happy to be able to wear the Ultime dna once again as it's really a special scent. Edit: This is without a doubt stronger than YSL Ultime but then again Ultime was criminally weak which is why I never purchased another bottle. The Dua Brand delivers the Ultime dna with much better longevity. I feel like it doesn't project but it absolutely leaves a scent trail. One thing I just noticed about The Dua Brand atomizer is the volume per spray is about half as much as common atomizers.

I haven’t tried the original Ultime but this frag is really good. Light springy twang with an almost sour sweet balance similar to how the inside of a whiskey oak barrel smells but more floral and pleasant. Ordered this blind as I like the other L’Homme frags and their Dua counterparts. Excellent.

Man I had high hopes for this, as I love the OG, but it mostly smells like cheap soapy body wash, as does Dua's other YSL L'homme imitations. Sad face
