Pearl Harmony

It is said that pearls were worth Cleopatra's victory over Mark Antony: they challenged each other on which of them could host the most glorious banquet: the Egyptian queen just had to melt her pearl earrings in vinegar to have the richest dish ever created. Symbol of beauty, of purity with their white color, in this fragrance they are celebrated in their whiteness. The opening is slightly spicy, warm and creamy and in the central part it becomes a temple of well-being thanks to the note of sandalwood that are the undisputed protagonist. An enveloping sandal, a cuddle: what can I say, I love it. Very high persistence and sillage, like the entire line of the brand. A wonderful surprise. And I want to celebrate the pearl with the painting that most exalts it in the entire art scene: "The Girl with the Pearl Ear" by Vermeer

Don't think about the name or the colour of the bottle The scents from this house have a very unique and special DNA, which is found in most fragrances. It is fuzzy, dusty, slightly hazy and matte - the scents all feel quite heavy and opaque. I have spent a lot of time with these to fully understand them. The easiest for me was my absolute favorite scent, "Amethyst Soul | The Fragrance" , although I didn't immediately like it either. It's also clearly the brightest and most luminous of the house scents. The name Pearl Harmony and the white bottle bring to mind a light, audible white musk scent. That's why my first impression wasn't positive - I couldn't take a stand on the scent. It's a very spicy, hazy saffron with a solid woody base. Rose stays hidden to my nose. The subtle creaminess of Sandalwood and the exciting smokiness of the Nagarmotha are noticeable almost throughout the entire life cycle of the scent. Slowly, the smokiness fades and is replaced by a more pronounced musk from the base, which is also unique - neither animalic nor clean, but something in between and a bit powdery. The blend is balanced, as all the scents from the house seem to be. "Harmony" in the name is present. The house's typical deep amber is also present and adds warmth and complexity to the scent. I would say that "Pearl Harmony | The Fragrance" is dark and mysterious, it's definitely not the opposite of the black bottle "Onyx Wonder | The Fragrance" . It's hard to describe the style of this house and due to the very unique aroma of the fragrances, these are definitely not worth buying blindly. Although I have used this fragrance numerous times, I haven't grown into it, as is usually the case with such complex fragrances, where there is nothing in particular that I don't like. I recommend reading the other reviews I have written about "The Fragrance" perfumes to get a better overview of the juices: Topaz Glamour , Opal Secret, Amethyst Soul and Onyx Wonder. "Pearl Harmony | The Fragrance" is totally unisex perfume with a great longevity and sillage. It's more suitable for cool weather since it can be suffocating in warm and hot weather.
