Silent Symphony

A very rich, radiant opening. It smells exactly like a piña colada and juicy pineapple: truly a tropical explosion for the receptors! On my skin, after literally 5 minutes, it settles into a creamy, velvety coconut ice cream, dense and buttery. I love this. Here, my inner kinesthetic, who adores textural fragrances, truly rejoices. The perfume literally transports you to a world of tactile, physical sensations, where you can almost feel the creamy texture of vanilla-coconut ice cream and the velvety surface of sun-warmed fine sand with your fingertips. Periodically, an unobtrusive pineapple accord emerges, very neat and clean. It reminds me of relaxing on the beach when a light breeze carries the scent of fresh (rather than canned, as in my video) juicy pineapple. So, it results in a good balance of solar warmth and a refreshing fruity note. I appreciate that the balance of sweetness is maintained in the fragrance, because I am always happy to find a multi-layered gourmand that doesn't just smell sweet. The longevity is excellent. Many fragrances tend to fade quickly from my skin, but this one lasts all day. Even by the evening, I can still sense a creamy sillage with a hint of pineapple. This is the first fragrance from the brand that I've had the chance to discover. Now I'm curious to explore other fragrances from The Gate Paris.

For me, tropical fruity fragrances often feel "too much"... overly sweet, syrupy, or sharply synthetic. Silent Symphony, however, is a refreshing alternative! It’s the quiet, almost meditative side of the tropics: a secluded beach, warm sand beneath your feet, the slow rhythm of the ocean, and a sweating piña colada in hand. Pure calm. Pure escape. The composition delivers exactly the notes you’d hope for- pineapple & coconut- lifted by the crisp bite of green apple with a delicate drizzle of caramel. Beneath it all lies a luxurious base of vanilla, moss, amber, and musk. The contrast... the creamy piña colada against earthy moss and an elegant musk is what makes this one a true spring/ summer gem! Tropical, yes... but refined, tranquil, and effortlessly sophisticated. 🌴

A tropical smile in a bottle.😍🍍🥥 Some perfumes just make you happy the moment you spray them, and Silent Symphony does exactly that for me. The pineapple immediately caught my heart... bright, juicy, and vibrant, paired with a creamy coconut that feels smooth and comforting. It gives that little “vacation mood”, but in a very elegant way. What I love is that it never becomes overly sweet or gourmand. The caramel brings a gentle warmth, while the soft moss adds a calming green touch that keeps everything beautifully balanced. On my skin it becomes creamy, soft, and sooo addictive. One of those fragrances you keep reaching for without even thinking about it. To me, it feels joyful, comforting, and perfectly unisex. A fragrance that can easily brighten any day, no matter the season. I simply love it! One of the best releases this year!❤️

What can I say? This is perfection in a bottle! Every note is needed and together they are indeed a symphony. This is no childish Pina Colada. The pineapple is sweet but not cloying, the coconut is beautifully blended and not overpowering. The addition of bergamot and apple is divine providing a crisp, fresh contrast to the pineapple and coconut. Then come the caramel and moss which really elevate this from a gimmick to perfumers art! And then a gorgeous vanilla musk supports the whole symphony and gives it a warm and cosy feeling. It's cool where I am today and I am wearing this because it is so bright and mood-lifting. Longevity and sillage are impressive, particularly as these notes often don't last. Don't hesitate, get this...it is magic in a stunning bottle.

Silent Symphony is a summer signature scent worthy and it was love at first sniff for me! It opens with a juicy piña colada accord, with creamy coconut and bright pineapple, but softened by a hint of apple and bergamot. On my skin, it quickly melts into a velvety coconut caramel heart, slightly green from the moss, which keeps the sweetness beautifully balanced. The drydown is a warm, smooth, and addictive medley of vanilla, amber, and musk wrapping everything with a seriously indulgent glow. I absolutely love this fragrance. It’s perfect for warm weather, giving effortless beach holiday vibes, and the performance is nuclear. Very long lasting with a strong sillage and projection. A true tropical gourmand done right for once!

Citrus heavy with a green, pineapple kick at the opening. My nose doesn't usually recognise green apple but I think i can smell it. The citrus is a sugary and zesty. Within a couple of minutes, this dies down, the caramel briefly comes and the coconut comes through. There is a sugary sweetness. By the dry down, I get a sweet citrus and pineapple with a vanillic coconut and amber background. It is not strong. In fact, I think it stays close to the skin but it is lovely. You could say it is a light, tangy piña colada but it is not so milky which I prefer. It doesn't have the sour, creamy scent that for example kolada has.

Now we are talking! This is a different take on coconut and pineapple, the one we needed for so long. It’s powerful but it’s not over sweetened or heavy. It’s somehow airy. It’s not too milky. It feels somehow like a low-calorie piña colada you can enjoy under the sun ☀️ it smells a tad green too. Wet green. Mossy. Sunny. Beautiful dry down - it turns a bit musky but is still very tropical and lightly creamy. Well done! What a masterpiece ✨ totally unique, long lasting and unisex.

A true stunner. I absolute love its tropical boozy vibe. The Gate is definitely one of the best perfume houses on the market. The quality of their fragrances is outstanding. Silent Symphony's longevity is eternal and its sillage is nuclear. I am a huge fan of this fantastic perfume house. Silent Symphony is my 6th perfume from this brand and I find each of them simply exceptional <3

This is summer in a bottle!! To my nose, this is the juiciest, ripest pineapple pina colada. Super sweet but not juvenile. Dried down still fruity but with a caramelised deepness to it. I bought this for myself but my husband loves using it too, and now it seems more unisex to me than I originally thought. Perfect summer scent for day and night.

Pina colada for niche market. So well done. Long lasting. Very realistic non- synthetic raw materials. Wow! This is out worldly spectacular!!

It was love at second sniff. This is beautifull juicy pineapple, coconut water and sea breeze. Very happy scent. Unisex.

This sounds so good. Most of Jordi's fragrances I've tried have always been pretty deep and dark. I haven't to my knowledge tried any of his brighter scents. I know this is going to be amazing. The Gate + Jordi Fernandez = something special. I have Inside Out and it is a beautiful take on skittles ice cream with shaved starburst candies on top.

Wow this is the most amazing pina colada pineapple fragrance. It's smells like I'm on the beach on a tropical island. The coconut and caramel perk through along with a subtle hint of amber. It's absolutely delicious and I can't stop smelling myself!!! Lasts hours on my skin and even longer on my clothes and hair!

Much better than Kajal Kolada. That one is very synthetic and too heavy/creamy. This is much more fresh and wearable with the addition of the soft apple note. The coconut is still the dominant player especially in the dry down. Once it dries I get mainly coconut and musk with a tiny hint of vanilla.

Where in the US can I find Gate fragrances? I had to go to France sites to get the Golden Hour fragrance last year, and it had to be sent from a Eastern European country, and it took 2 months. Gate needs to get better about distribution.

It's nice for the first half hour—it delivers what it promises. After half an hour, it fades and turns into a cheap men's cologne. It didn't appeal to me.

No hyperbole, this is the best pina colada fragrance in perfumery. Full stop.
