Sous Les Nuages

I just tried this fragrance and I quite liked it. Very bright, uplifting, and well-balanced. The most interesting thing about this fragrance for me is that it smells like a type of citrus called "Citrus limetta" or Sweet lime or Sweet lemon. I did not see that citrus fruit in North America. This fruit is native to the southern region of Iran. Also can be found in West Asia and the Mediterranean area. Sweet lemon is a type of citrus that is mildly sweet and bitter but not sour, and very good for common cold. And in this fragrance, the combination of sour lemon, sweet Yuzu, and bitter Rosemary somehow magically creates the smell of that fruit. I believe that the perfumer of this fragrance was not even aware of that fruit and created an accord that is accidentally very similar to a real fruit. I really enjoy this one. The top note is the winning point of this fragrance. It has a strong sillage for a citrus fresh fragrance. 8.5/10

Smells very much similar to riviera drive. Another uninspiring, Unoriginal creation from another mediocre house that charge too much for a fragrance.

We often find ourselves covered by clouds. A dark, foggy moment, under which, however, there is always the sun. Sous Les Nuages is for me a hymn to optimism, to seeing positivity despite sometimes being covered by something that, inevitably, is destined to be swept away, and to bring peace back. The opening is sparkling, citrusy, lively, slightly pungent, then softened by green and floral hints. A truly beautiful fragrance, with excellent persistence and sillage.
