Black Wood N°28

So first of all this is really fresh to my nose despite others claiming it's a "winter" fragrance which i do not agree at all. I bought this perfume last year and now wearing recently. It's an interesting fragrance with simple notes. Only 3 notes are listed there but somehow smells more than that which is amazing for the value. Let's talk about performance; performance is okay. Longevity is avarage better on clothes but sillage is below avarge i would say like about 30 minutes to an hour of sillage arm length then almost no sillage. If you wonder how does this fragrance smells like i would say at first it smells like men's shaving gel which i like. And then it turns into woody slightly sweet fresh fragrance. I paid 5 dollars for it but definitely better than some 30 dollar perfumes.

Black Wood no. 28 by the Master Perfumer. Pure and simple. With certain perfumes I just cannot wait for the Basenotes to show up. And this sent does just that, and nothing else. This warm, earthy scent is just that it contains only 3 notes Lemon, Patchouli, and cedarwood and it's combined in an almost perfect manner. It can be bought in the Netherlands @ Kruidvat for 3.99 for a 30ml container, I don't know if it's sold anywhere else, but I can tell you this. I'm in love with this simple little scent and it does not smell cheap at all. Sillage is moderate , not screamy and loud but elegant Longevity is extreme!, I can spray this thing on before going to work @ 4:30 and when I go to bed I can still smell it as a nice skin scent.

I think there are secret notes in this perfume that are not disclosed. In this perfume, the strong scent of tarragon and the sweetness of tonka beans come to my nose. A beautiful perfume, an unknown treasure. Persistence is average, noticeability is also average. I think it is a perfume that suits autumn and winter. It's a masculine scent and I wish it was a little stronger.

Patchouli gallore. While I do like patchouli, especially in the opening this is a bit much and a bit too dirty for me. After about 30min the patchouli calms down alot and is pretty okay, but nothing special.
