Andhakara

Andhakara aka อนธการ is the first perfume initiated under The Perfume Sanctuary brand. Therefore, it's still in the process of figuring out many things, including the direction, signature, and style of both the scent and the brand. That's why we created more than 300 samples. Starting from pineapple-grilled shell, Castroium-diesel oil, and ending with burnt leather-black rose. But those 300 samples that weren't used weren't wasted, because we learned a lot from the process of developing this single scent over almost 2 years.

This thing is wild. It’s very very not blind buy safe. Please sample this before hand. It is a strong scent. Piercing, animatic, smoky, and rosey. Every note listed here can be detected by my nose. I recoiled when I first smelled it. And one spray can fill a small bedroom. The sillage is very rose/fuel forward and as you get closer to the source you get, the more leather starts to shine thru. Very mature scent. Not for young men or women. The opening on this one is harsh and strong. There’s a strong body odor scent at the opening that dissipates after about 3-5 mins. There is a slight TdH similarity here but it’s somewhat tangential. I guess, if you take Terre De Hermes and add gasoline, castoreum and leather- This is what you’ll get.
