I bought a sample of this because I was exploring this perfumer's collection, and this fragrance stood out as the one most difficult to place. I was intrigued and wasn't sure I would like it at all or if I'd like it for my husband. At first spray, I thought it was far too masculine for me (although I generally wear more masculine scents), but the dry down is absolutely intriguing and I'd be just as likely to wear this as I would enjoy it on my husband. The tea notes and subtle tobacco flower notes transport me to an old English library...but one with a stunning vase of fresh white flowers on the table. The sillage is not strong at all, and I wish this lasted longer. You need to be up close and personal to really catch a whiff of this beautiful scent. Most people will likely suggest it for men only, but I'll recommend it for women who like to make a strong statement quietly. Also, it is fabulous when layered with a sweet/fruity scent.

This is no junk co-branded product. It is a very unique, *highly* sophisticated creation, one of the most complex masculine fragrance products that I have ever encountered - seriously. An EXCELLENT product that will NOT be available for an indefinite period of time. Tip: If you wish to tone it down a bit I recommend applying ONE shot over ONE shot of ORIGINAL Giorgio Beverly Hills For Men. Judiciously. And on pulse points ONLY.
