Daintree Rain Tea

There's something very nostalgic about this for me, it reminds me of some bath and body works smell that first got me excited about perfume. ((EDIT: I’m almost positive it’s Japanese Cherry Blossom, HIGHLY recommend for anyone who loves that as a kid)) The opening notes are almost smoky, and it dries down to a peppery, woody green. There's a softness and subtle sweetness that's really appealing and makes you want to go back for another sniff. Not too tea forward, but just enough that it adds an extra level of intrigue.

Lovely humid green scent - perfectly unisex and perfect for summer! Not sharp at all like some green-leaning tea fragrances.

I liked this!!! It was aquatic and green. Very foresty vibes!! I get the salt which goes well with the bergamot! It's a fresh forest! Not swampy! The tea also makes it kind of interesting as well!

It has the raconteur signature of sterile lemony fizz, and the tea and lotus gives it interest. There is also a note there that isnt nice or clean, its unnerving and to me it stands out aa off key. I suppose it keeps the fragrance from being too clean and fresh. It's interesting for an aquatic but not for me. I think the raconteur signature isnt for me. Its too fake smiles and fake energy. But this is one of the more appealing ones they do. It has all the water notes essentially, but it also feels plastic and fake. They could pump this in the air as you are in a VR immersive water of earth experience

Your bare feet are grounded in wet, just rained on soil, the smell of dewy forest surrounds you. There’s a picnic table with a clay tea set soaked in tea. Everything is the perfect temperature, there’s shade from the trees and fresh air filling your lungs. Not something I would personally wear as a perfume but certainly a piece of olfactory art.
