Fakhama

Another powerhouse scent from this brand. Very strong, long lasting, thick and in your face type of scent. The opening is very pungent, thick sweet syrup with spices. Very nauseating for my nose. But after 15 minutes it becomes wearable. It is a very complex scent with many stages, it changes many times at the dry down intil it becomes a common rose/oud combo. The oud is very safe here nothing nasty. Dominant notes are the big sweet Rose which is the big boss, oud, amber, saffron. If I smell it in the air, it's good. If I smell it from close, it is nauseating. Despite this fact, it is a nice upper class and complex unisex scent, but the biggest drawback is its smell. Everyone who is into arabic scents, has smelt this Fakhama a million times before. It is not a new smell. After all it is a classic/common rose/oud scent which does not impress anyone. The only wow about it is the opening. Then the smell becomes very familiar. Btw it retails here over 800 usd per 100 ml. UPDATE I tried it again today and I got a beautiful oriental sparkling rose. Very complex scent, yes, common combo but masterfully blended. It's funny how a dislike turns into love. I must try it more times to judge it better.

Breathtakingly lovely woody aromatic scent constructed around a traditional Arabian Rose Oud framework. The scent opens with notes of different blends of rose and Hindi Oud and then the aromatic notes start to flow in succession. First we get gourmandish vibes of coffee, dried fruits, cardamom and orange. The heart showcases elemi, ginger, coriander, saffron, vanilla and vetiver in benzoin. The perfume dries to mossy sandalwood with incense, amber and slight animalic notes. Like most of the offerings of this line, this is like eating a very decadent overstuffed pastry. The unisex scent has strong sillage and tremendous longevity. Be prepared to leave people struck with awe as you leave trails of sweetness all around you. Enjoy!

I don't typically review fragrances I don't own, but I felt the need to after sampling it at a friend's. This is one of the best smelling fragrances I've put my nose on, and it's coming from someone thats not a biggest rose lover. From the notes breakdown, I expected it to be a pretty standard floriental with the classic rose oud combo, but I was totally wrong. This is one of the freshest takes on that concept and I absolutely love it. The base DNA is very similar if not the same to Turath; very strong and noticeable woodiness backbone that is synthetic. You are going to grab a lot of people's attention wearing this oppulant gem. Love everything about this fragrance except its absurd price tag. 9/10 for price tag

Heavy, dark, sweet oud with a prominet yet sexy rose on top. This is very interesting since the oppening. The oud was very pleasant also. You have got to love it since day one. If not, this is not for you. I dont think it will grow on you. Strong, strong, strong. I highly recommend to at least sample it. 2 sprays, 3 maximum, and you will smell all day. Try it on a 1 ml decant dabber.

This stuff is incredible. It has that spirit of Dubai DNA and it’s to die for. This is quite possibly the best from the first generation...but then again they are so hard to choose. I literally LOVED each and every one. I cannot wait to dive into the second generation. Starting with abjar and baz first :)

Absolutely oudy, I am in love.. This is one of them ouds that once you smell it, you are never going to want your old stuff back. This is way better then any Mancera, Montalwe, Xerjoffs, all that stuff. Nabeel is really off to an amazing start. I can't wait to get the rest of the line.

Fantastic, long-lasting rose oud. It has a bit of the sourness, sweetness, saffron and depth. The rose is the star player. Some musk and patch give it the dimensionality. Lovely attar. What many rose ouds strive to be. Authentic. Strong. One squirt did it. Try the sampler!

This is stunning. I’m a barber, and was wearing this today. Apparently the guy that works in the chair next to me, said that all day every time I was blow drying hair, the gents in his chair kept asking what that smell was, and how nice it was. Definitely a winner.

This is just simply stunning. My favourite Rose/ Oud combination. To me it’s rose, Oud and vanilla blended perfectly.

Disappointed to say the least. Starting off with performance, i’m not sure if I have gotten a bad batch, or this needs maceration, but longevity is sitting around 5 hours with very little projection. This retails for $475, that is not okay. Now I did get this for around $200 on OlfactoryFactory, but even then it lacks price to value. As for the scent it’s very middle eastern, this sweet oudy vibe coming from it and on initial spray it doesn’t smell animalistic. But then when you give it a couple seconds to settle, the animalistic notes do start to come out. On my skin it the oak moss comes out predominantly in the dry down and it smells earthy, but then as it dries down further it becomes more sweet. Overall good fragrance, i’m just confused on everyone having great performance coming out of this one. Edit: This fragrance changed on me, it's a great fragrance, very Arabian, the longevity i'd say is around 7-8 hours moderate projection for the first 2 hours and then it mellows down for the rest of the journey. Still can catch whiffs of it here and there. I love the opening, and received a compliment from a coworker.

Warm spices neatly blended with dry fruit and roses. And here comes dry oud and saffron to rain on that parade. The blending is so smooth that it barely even matters. Harmonious outside of the fact that the oud/saffron combo doesn’t really jive well with anything, but instead works to turn it into this common or typical Middle Eastern Profile. Borderline 😍 here. Just shy of 😍. They tried too hard and turned something unique into just another in its class. That said, VVG scent. Very wearable. Dressed up and mature like their other offerings. Unisex with an indelibly masculine lean.

It is the second-most oudy one of the collection (yet surprisingly mild). It's smooth and delightfully sweet, reminds me of one of the House of Ouds (maybe the Grape?); the only one I really like aside from the Oud and Meydan.

Nice. I prefer more than words. Strictly from a performance standpoint.

This is Jubilation + ASAQ Safari Extreme with added depth. This is a stunning perfume with out of this world projection and longevity. For me, this approaches holy grail territory. Is it worth the asking price, yes. One spray will last all day resulting in a bottle lasting years. Do the math. I have 3 FB's of Spirit of Dubai (+ Rimal and Meydan) and this line is about the most impressive I've ever come across. Yes, they smell great but the performance of all of them is unmatched and they have somehow combined a sh*?load of notes into out of this world Scents. Just my opinion of course.

A slightly upscale and complex version of the typical sweet soft oud toffee vanilla scents which have stormed the market. But thw green forugerish elements along with dry saffron accord give it a very classy vibe. Extremely comfortable to wear and smells refined. A bit of sweetness comes up but fortunately remains quiet. Great performer. 3 sprays was enough for me. If you like Arabian Oud s Kalemat series you will most likely adore this. Its a sad thing that the price is so high. It will fall eventually. They re aiming too high. Maybe trying to surprise the global market.

Opens with sweet rose with dried fruits and a touch of cardamom. The rose has a green and metallic edge as well as jammy sweetness. Then it turns to a typical rose/synthetic oud/saffron/patchouli combo with added vanilla making the fragrance a bit sweet. There is a noticeable slightly animalic leather in the drydown as well as sandalwood. The fragrance feels very familiar and honestly nothing groundbreaking about it.

This literally is like Turath - in the beginning. Someone else mentioned the same thing further down. I actually find Fakhama's dry down really interesting, it's sweet and herbal with an almost nostalgic feel to it. The oud in Turath becomes a lot clearer in the drydown whereas Fakhama becomes sweeter and more herbal. To me the star of the show is the drydown, it's absolutely stunning. Very, very beautiful.

مزيج عطري نقي و تقلبات العطر واضحة احسه مظلوم او ما اخذ حقه فعلا فخامة أقل ما يقال عنه و الأداء أفخم وذا من العطور اللي ما امل منها ولابد احد يسألني عنه أو يعلق عليه حتى وانا مسافر

This is nice but a bit redundant if you have Turath. This is sweeter with more rose than Turath but the base is more or less the same. I hardly get the comparisons with Narjesi.

Tom Fords Vanille Fatale in the initial blast. Then it turns into Oud Mood by Lattafa mixed with a little oudh 36 Nuit. Definitely nothing original

Very similar to Arabians Tonka by Montale which costs much less. Or Arabians Tonka is very similar to this. A little less sweet though.

High quality juice but generic , If u are from the Middle East u might say the same
