I was searching for banana scented lotions and perfumes at local TJ Maxx and Marshalls stores as I am on a budget and was pleasantly surprised by Sugared Banana. When I first put it on, it smelled like bananas. Then, immediately vanilla. Think vanilla extract. When it settled down, it was definitely musky. As I continued to shop around the store, I kept smelling myself (musk). I left the store without it, went back the next day to buy it. It was still there thank goodness! I pair it with the Hempz Sugared Banana lotion. I normally don't wear scents on the sweeter side very well (they become sickenly sweet on my skin) but this one, due to the musk I think, really settles down nicely on me. It also lasts quite long (several hours). If you're looking for something banana (light), sweet (vanilla extract), but with more of a sexiness to it (musk) then this is for you!

Ok so. Why do I not get bananas at all but I DO get Clue Warm Bulb vibes. It definitely isn’t 1:1 but it’s in the same zip code. This is a little more mainstream version of the same vibes. I honestly love this fragrance BECAUSE of how not banana-y it is. I’m going on record as the first one to call this out! Clue warm bulb. It’s there. So good.

Found this at TJ Maxx a week ago, unboxed. This is sugary banana dessert in a bottle. Sweet, gourmand bananas with brown sugar and cinnamon. Last about 5 hours, but that is plenty. Not overpowered but very subtle.
