North Star

You could say it is similar to Bleu de Channel but it's a bit sweeter in a fruity way than Bleu, making it more casual to use than Bleu. The Vetiver in the base note is strong and earthy like Versace Eros combined with the sweetness of Raspberry and Violet and the brightness of Rose note making the scent surprisingly pleasant and impressive. Prices are ridiculous, how can a design packing, bottle, perfume quality can be cheap like this. The more I use it the more I love it. Projection: Within arm's length and you leave a beautiful trail of scent Longevity: Up to 6 hrs and you still have an addicted skin scent Occasion: Any occasion (formal and casual, indoor and outdoor, winter and summer). Not suitable for: None (very versatile).

Wow. This is something. The opening is missing the lemon and mint that BDC has and instead has a sweeter, somewhat fresh fruity note, but once it starts dry down it is VERY close to BDC. This fragrance feels very high quality for the price, it does not smell very chemically or have a harsh opening that most clones do and has amazing projection and longevity, you honestly only need 1 or 2 sprays and you should be good for the day. Amazing bang for your buck and extremely versatile. I would say if you are looking for a good BDC clone go with this one.

This is smooth and fresher than the original bdc, totally love it. You will find the bdc have a more depth than north star in side by side comparison, but i love the north star scent profile better because the freshness and smooth opening.

This is GORGEOUS! I can't stop sniffing it. I bought it for my son, who loves it, but i might steal it every now and then, and pair it with one of my vanillas.

Less supporting musk and creaminess than BDC but definitely has the same primary scent profile. I detect a metallic, fougere touch so can appreciate the nods to Platinum Egoiste and suggestion of a BDC/PE hybrid. Really nice, well put together, masculine scent. Only just arrived today so this is only my first impression. Despite this being a new bottle, it seems very well executed, no alcohol blast and nothing sticks out as synthetic or cheap. At the moment it does feel like one I'd use a lot more sprays of than normal to enhance the experience, but will also work nicely where a lighter, subtle scent is called for. Performance wise this is what I experienced for BDC as well (both the EDP and Parfum editions). We will see how things develop but I'm impressed by the scent, and the bottle is also pretty nice too.

Don't get anything resemblimg of BdC from this. When I put a single spray on my wrist my daughter asked me immediatly what is this nice smell. Being over 10 feetvaway from me 😳 This stuff is nuclear. First time I got noseblind from 3-4 spray. It lasts well over 12hrs on my skin. It's not a love but a very strong like. I could imagine wearing it in any season.

Mediocre longevity, only 4 hours on shirt. Decent, refreshing but unimpressive scent profile. Probably should have skipped this blind buy. Definitely not as long lasting as BdC.

WOW 🤯 Blind bought a $30 tester and comparing it to my Bleu Chanel as I type this. Crazy close. After 3 hours the Chanel is slightly creamier and perhaps has more nuanced mineral notes - but the rich sparkling pomelo and ginger in North Star is captivating. Really good Chanel alternative if someone doesn't mind the slightly sour vibe it gives off. Side by side my girlfriend prefers North Star ⭐. Of the two and right now maybe I'm crazy for typing this but the Woods North Star seems the stronger fragrance. +1 to whoever selected the Missoni fragrance as another similar smelling fag. Missoni and this Woods North Star definitely up there as the best $30 long lasting office gentlemen's fragrances in the market. 💕 This is a fantastic clean, fresh, soapy, barbershop, elegant and expensive smelling fragrance. Not a fan of the opening (my bottle was harsh) - but after 15 minutes this is stunning. Would pay triple and still feel I got value vs Bleu Chanel. Magnetic cap and nice bottle - Once this is gone and discontinued - everyone will regret not loading up.

Longer lasting version of BDC. Top quality unfortunately I have to suggest to be mindful this perfume may have given a skin reaction on my neck. Not very demure. Probably safer to use on clothes.
