Le Parfum Poudré

Repacked and renamed Le Parfum Poudré Iris Blanc. Sweet and delicate powdery little thing full of fluff and comfort on soft vanilla base. It's like wearing pajamas all day that nobody can see or knows about. I have a soft spot for this sort of thing. T. LeClerc produces high quality makeup, especially foundation and powder that smell delicious. Their perfumes are much appreciated extension. The oil smells the same and it's really good, recommended for sensitive skin. It's a bit thicker than Huile Prodigieuse.

A creation of delicate, pure powder with a touch of refined sweetness. It is enveloping, cozy, and soothing. It evokes the image of a naturally elegant lady who embraces you with motherly warmth, protecting you when you're having a bad day, suddenly making everything around you better, leaving you feeling relaxed and comforted. Though it settles close to the skin and is luxuriously quiet, it lasts for many hours. Classically beautiful.

This is very pretty, soft and powdery, and not too sweet for someone who doesn't usually like vanilla/gourmand scents.

My niece brought this with here when she came to visit over the holidays. She brought it back from France a few years ago. A thoroughly feminine floral, lightly sweet, very powdery fragrance with a dollop of vanilla. Similar to Prada Candy Kiss, as far as powder and vanilla, though the other notes are somewhat different. Unlike Prada, I didn't smell orange blossom, but I did smell the rose, iris, and definitely jasmine. There is something in here that grounds this fragrance, maybe vetiver, or some woody note, and something a little mossy too, in addition to the musk. It adds a little sophistication that keeps this from being juvenile or baby powderyish (sp?). Whatever it is, this fragrance really suits my niece and her age, which is in the twenties. It has a romantic feel that is very soft and pretty and seems to last a long time because I could smell it lightly wafting off her whenever she was near. Has good longevity too, as when I changed the sheets on the bed she slept in I could smell this fragrance coming off them (oh, I miss her already, sigh). I was almost tempted to leave the sheets on the bed, not only to remind me of her, but also because of how pretty it is – as pretty as she is! Unfortunately, this fragrance isn't widely available in the US. All I see every once in a while, are their cosmetics for sale online, and that's it. I'm surprised by that because I think this perfume would be really popular here.

When I saw this I had to have it! I love powder scents and I love T. LeClerc face powder (although it's been impossible to find for quite a few years). This is incredibly powdery; I think if it had violet in it, instead of vanilla (which I don't like; I don't like vanilla in scents) it would be a top 5 favorite fragrance. Very nice indeed and I am very happy I bought it! Nice old fashioned packaging and bottle too.

This is nice, but not refined nor elegant. It is the kind of perfume you would get at a pharmacy. It can be overwhelming, because even though it has some of my favorite notes, it is strong, it is not soft nor ethereal. Definetely below my expectations.

My, oh my, what a lovely fragrance. I'm floating on a fluffy white cloud, enveloped in delicately sweet powder that is equal parts gourmand and cosmetic. This is what I imagine Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Amelie would smell like as she is eating pastel coloured macarons in a Parisian patisserie. Feminine, innocent, cozy.

This is so good , powdery earthy and sweet innocent , the longevity is superb i got it from a pharmacy in Paris
