Bliss In Paradise

Wow. This fragrance is nuts. Such an original and well blended fragrance in a mad scientist kinda way. A bit synthetic initially, but not off puttingly so. Initial huge blast of saffron and bergamot with a bit of oud and to me it comes across almost like the scent of a good 100% agave tequila. The opening will blow your head off and likely scare many people away, but give it time as it dries down to a beautiful spicy leather amber with a bit of oud. Heavy projection and lasts forever on clothes (days) and many hours on skin. I don’t like the term “beast” but this is a beast for lack of a better term. I wouldn’t advise blind buying this one but I do believe it would appeal to most that like this style of fragrance. It is unapologetically in your face initially but dries down beautifully. This is a cold weather only fragrance for me. The thought of wearing this to the beach or on a hot day is laughable to me. This has “niche” written all over it. No designers IMO are currently releasing fragrances like this. Also this is currently fairly well priced thru discounters (<$150/100ml).

This was a love at first sniff for me. You get a blast of bergamot and a touch of slightly funky oud. Oud is not the main player here by any means. Synthetic obviously and possibly added as trend note. It’s starts off cold and slightly metallic thanks to the saffron. It retains a fresh spiciness that warms up in the dry down. Very reminiscent of 70/80’s powerhouse masculin fragrances. Before buying it, I tested it a lot and something started to bother me. It was something that I had smelt in the past or I owned. It took a while to figure it out but it dawned on me. Roja Fetish Pour Homme. Which in itself is based on Bel Ami by Hermes. The DNA is definitely there. The leather, the bitter citrus. Bliss is a cleaner version of the dirty Fetish. Beast mode performance and a much better buy than the sadly butchered Bel Ami current formula.

This is great, probably TK's best release so far. I wonder how long it's going to stay under the radar because this is one of the nicest ambers I've tried lately. You can smell all of the listed notes but nothing jumps at you too aggressively. Very warm and alluring but not too sweet and fairly unisex. Good performance as expected from this house.

Smells very much so like that 40 yr old leather couch from your grandparents basement that found it ways to the local thrift shop's leather furniture section.... In the most addictively nostalgic way possible, of course.

Immediately I sprayed this, I didn’t know what it was about but I knew I loved it. As soon as it dried down I was like “ Hold on! Wait a minute, I know youuu!! “ because this turned out smelling just like Frederic Malle The Moon. Performance is very nuclear and I really don’t know why the marketing on this particular line is not popular enough. It’s a very serious addition to my collection, I love it ✌🏽

To me it smells like mix between the moon and geranium pour monsieur. Nice and unique overall. Longevity seems ok, but not as beast as I would expect from Arabian themed perfume

Surprised there is no birch tar note in this cuz I can smell only it.
