Brume Radieuse

This scent is insane I tried layering with another scent and the woody smokiness just ate through 😭😭😭 anyways it’s really unique and a nice scent to me it smells like the woods when camping a nice relaxing break from the rest of the world. So far this thing has nice projection and longevity on my skin and I’m loving it. the start I could barely see the “fecal note” or whatever that one commenter said I wish I could smell more of the vanilla but overall this scent is NOT fruity but a very woody smoky scent and it is very enjoyable in my opinion and those who I have asked! Edit: yeah this fragrance is truly amazing it’s so nice so beautiful I do see some fruit in it and definitely some vanilla it’s really well rounded and another win from Thomas kosmala

Love It. Absolute unit. Complete, fruity leathery oud. The performance i excelent. Proj for 4 m by the First 6 h Long Is 24h +, on clothes Is 100 h + Sillage Is 10 m on the First 3 h, then 4 m stable, for like the next 7 h. Gasoline and sweet fruity oud that can be smelt even with and influence and the nostrils full of goo. Excelent creation and for 66 euros Is a ultrakill

beast mode leathery slightly medicinal oud softened by underlying fruit. my first thought when applying was it reminds me of cuir infrarouge and is much cheaper and still elegant. just one spray projects like crazy much like a crivelli fragrance. more male to my nose, but as a woman i would happily wear it (lightly) especially for evenings.

Its actually Black Oud of Thomas Kosmala, renamed to Thomas Kosmala No.6. And I love it, one of the thomas kosmala that I'd buy again even if it doesn't have the projection. Its projection is 0

This stinks but smells good. Very different smell. Its opening is strong and odd but something keeps making u smell for more. Projection is good. It’s mature and just different. 8/10

Sweet oudy fragrance that last ages on skin. The quality of Thomas Kosmala fragrances is impressive given the price. This is a safe blind buy, perfect for cooler weather. 7/10

I can see the Nostos comparison. Not exactly but I get it. I have More Than Words and I don't see that at all. Also not like Island Lush to me. I do get the Blackcurrant in the opening. Then slight peach and coconut. I recently fell in love with Fan Your Flames which also has coconut and wanted to add more coconut notes to my collection. I picked this up for less than $80. Is it my favorite? NO. But I will certainly wear this. The oud is soft and not off putting for me. A relaxing take on the fruity/oud combo.

@zephyr1973 yes please do. waiting for some honest reviews Update: 13/3/24 so my ocd kicked in and I finally blind bought this to complete my TK collection. It’s straight up an airy version of black orchid. People who have down voted on it don’t know what they are smelling. I am testing them side my side and BO edt feels more dense and bodied whereas this seems to project more. I am gonna give it a full wearing in a few days and get back to this

Nice fragrance for the price especially if you find discounted. On me all I smell is the oud. It’s a warm, “soft but firm” oud, not harsh or scratchy especially after dry down. I don’t get any of the other notes on my skin.

This perfume smells like a small rock venue at the start of the night. Mix of Jägermeister and energy drinks, cleaning solution, and black leather. Clean and witchy. Will likely purchase a full bottle for nights out.

Tom Ford Black Orchid vibes. Super sweet, overripe fruits (like Frederic Malle's Une Fleur de Cassis) with a 'purple patchouli' vibe that you get from Miss Dior. Feels like Thomas Kosmala has fragrances that are approximations of other houses. Especially Tom Ford and MFK - Tonic Blanc -> Tom Ford Neroli Portifino - Brume Radieuse -> Byredo Black Saffron - Crepuscule Ardent -> Tom Ford Tuscan Leather - Le Sel de la Terre -> Maison Francis Kurdkjian Aqua Universalis Forte and 754 - Apres l'Amour -> Le Labo's Another 13 and Maison Francis Kurdkjian's Baccrat Rouge and Byredo's Oud Immortel - Tonic Vert-> Byredo's Sunday Cologne

This sounds like my kind of thing on paper. It isn’t. It smells too medicinal to me. Like a hospital ward. Like a Dettol effect. And it’s fleeting in longevity, but I was thankful for that because it made me feel a bit nauseous! My advice would be not to blind buy like I did. There’s something pretty odd about it!

I like it I really do. But I guesss on my skin it immediately goes turn into an intimate performer. Who’s it could project a bit more and I would’ve added it to my list to buy. It smells pleasant, sweet, somewhat floral with the main notes of black currant shining through but it’s toned down with the coconut milk.

Generic scent, nothing special; Erba Pura with a punch of synthetic oud. Sweet and unisex. Longevity and projection are excellent.

A strong, pure oud with some room for sweetness-- but not much, so the coconut is mostly eclipsed by blackcurrant and peach to my nose. Maybe 70/30 woody/fruity. It opens very pungent and even settles down into a somewhat "stinky" agarwood (almost civety even) so this leans more masculine to me, but in general I think this favors the bold wearer. Not for me, but I like its originality.

Super strange. Very sharp in the beginning. Then it becomes lactonic-fruity which is a weird combination to me. The fruitiness and following patchouli kinda remind me of Xerjoff Muse. I can appreciate its complexity and artistry, however I am not sure about its mass market appeal. Definitely not on my "love" list. I actually swapped it for a bunch of more common scents and I feel I got the better deal!

This is a superb fragrance. If you’ve ever tried Louis Vuitton Nouveau Monde, this one is like that except it’s airier, sweeter, fruitier. Nouveau Monde is nearly impossible to wear, but this is relatively easy to wear. A very worthwhile creation and it’s on my to-buy list

I understand the comparison to Black Saffron more than to Black Orchid, but I am surprised by how little coconut is mentioned here because it plays a HUGE role to my nose making this unlike anything I’ve smelled before. Blackberry, coconut, light leather.

Well, I had typed up a long and detailed review on this, but for whatever reason, this website spontaneously resets periodically and it destroyed my review. I am so frustrated!!! When I can calm down, I’ll try and rewrite it.

Pretty much on the same platform with TF BO. A bit complex during the mid as the vibe of beaver gets prominent. Beauty.
