Tiffany for Men Sport

For what it's worth I was in Tiffany's last weekend and inquired about this cologne and the lady helping me informed me that this is going to be discontinued, the remaining bottles will be sent out to stores and then that's it. I still really enjoy this one and feel confident that in a year or so after its truly no longer available it will be something that goes up in value for collecting.

This one is a little sharp and kind of harsh in the first 30 min but as it settles in it's so nice and refreshing. For a cologne it has good strength and longevity. To me it smells just like the "Tiffany blue" of the box it comes in. Good for the day time. Too sporty for the office. Classy enough for summer evenings. Very well done. Overall 8 of 10.

I liked Tiffany for Men so much that I started thinking about buying the Sport version as well. Since the deal I got on a partial bottle wasn't more much expensive than the sample prices I'd been seeing, I bought the Sport version blind. Clean, green, fresh smelling and very generic, this is a perfect example of the power of the Tiffany name and how easily people can be sold on an absurdly overpriced fragrance. At first sniff, it reminded me of something that I'd smelled before and I believe that it's L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Sport (it's been a long time since I've smelled that one and hopefully my olfactory senses aren't failing me). While I was typing this, I was sure that either an Adidas or Axe body spray was a dead ringer for it, so I decided to search my closet of "long forgotten fragrances and body sprays". Lo and behold, I came upon my Adidas "Dynamic Pulse" body spray and without question, it's interchangeable with Tiffany for Men Sport. In fact, the Dynamic pulse body spray smells stronger, although with the slightest hint of powder. Regardless, side by side, there is virtually no difference. In regard to price point, you can buy a new, 100 ml bottle of Adidas Dynamic Sport cologne or 150ml body spray for under $7, as opposed to the 100 ml Tiffany for Men Sport, which is $95 retail, on the Tiffany site. The premium price you're paying is for the Tiffany name on the frosted bottle - nothing more. In truth, this same fragrance could serve as a template for any deodorant, body spray or sport flanker, which is why I say that it's very generic. Some of you reading this may find yourselves irritated with this review and starting thinking along the lines that Tiffany is using "quality ingredients" and that Tiffany is much better than the other sport fragrances and body sprays out there but in truth, I doubt there are any more "quality ingredients" in this than there is the Adidas fragrance. Even if there were a difference in the quality of the ingredients, would it matter, since the smell is the same? In fact, as I mentioned earlier, the Adidas body spray is stronger! Tiffany Sport, in regard to sillage and longevity is moderate at best, in both categories.

Very nice refined sporty fragrance with a grown up sport theme. It has a bright citrus green opening. The middle is floral and peppery. The base is woody and spicy. I definitely get the geranium, nutmeg, coriander, fern, vetiver, and sandalwood. It has hints of smelling like a shaving cream/after shave in the way that platinum egoiste does. It reminds me of Bond no. 9 I love new york for men. Overall it is a great mature sport fragrance with average performance 6-8 hours longevity and moderate-soft projection that can be worn in spring or summer. It is casual but can be worn to work as it is clean and inoffensive. Overall I wold say at $98 for a 100ml it is an upscale designer scent that is worth a sniff at your local Tiffany store!

If Cool Water and Azzaro Chrome had a night of hot, steamy sex that just so happened to produce a little sapling, that little sapling would be Tiffany for Men Sport. This one is by no means related to the original Tiffany for Men, which is one of the best men's fragrances ever. Not to say this one isn't good - Tiffany for Men Sport takes both Cool Water and Chrome and eliminates the bad parts from both, connecting the two fragrances with the herbal note of coriander. It works well, better than the similar attempt at this, Nightflight by Joop! (1992). Tiffany for Men Sport may not be very unique, but it's well done and probably the best outright "Sport" masculine I've smelled. It has decent longevity, and was composed by the great Jacques Polge (who also composed the original Tiffany for Men).

amazing fragrance . this was a true sports fragrance long before the trend hit in the early 2000's. this fragrance is very well made and has the stamp of Chanel written all over it since Chanel oversees all of Tiffany fragrance creation. this one is smooth and clean and has a nice juniper note. I discovered this back in 2001 and have not been with out a bottle since. its very pricey at 85.00 a bottle but its worth it. the beautiful blue color of the juice is so tiffany. its very clever. amazing fragrance. lose all the new sports crap that is out and go with this one . you wont regret it.

Not truly a sport fragrance guy BUT...this could be on the same step as Dior sport and Chanel Allure Edition Blaunch (I didn't spell that right), and them fragrance is by far light years ahead of other sport fragrances. If you are a sport fragrance guy, give this a try if you can. If there is a Tiffany & Co. around you it's about 95 bucks!!! unlike Ebay and Amazon which is sold as much as 180$....HELL NO!

I tried to find Adaias dynamic sport cologne but all I could find is dynamic pure. Is this the same?
