Draconis

Draconis is the brightest star in the constellation of Draco as well as the closest star in the sky, situated at 154.3 light years distant from the solar system and it is 60 times more luminous than the Sun. Funny enough, every time I wear DRACONIS by Tiziana Terenzi, the first thing that comes to mind when I smell it, is luminosity and radiance. This composition is centered around the invigorating aroma of citruses wrapped around vetiver, done in Terenzi style with a very unique twist. Featuring a triple citrus arrangement of lemon, grapefruit and bergamot coated by the delicate rosy nuances of geranium and the savory spiciness of black pepper, this lush verdant extrait is a mood setter. The main core of DRACONIS by Tiziana Terenzi features a polished vetiver of smooth edges paired to the balsamic aroma of olibanum, revealing a blanche essence of smoke swirling in mode of Nirvana. Summarizing, DRACONIS is pure bliss, the olfactory equivalent to a scented oasis spa built in nature with a perfect sky view.

This is terre d'hermes eau intense vetiver twist of Palo Terenzi. Brighter and stronger... check the notes pyramide is even same only difference is DRACONIS has amber and Hermes has amberwood on base.

A lovely but unexceptional woody Oriental scent with high quality natural ingredients. The perfume opens with a burst of bergamot and lemon. It moves to a heart of pepper and geranium and settles on a powdery base of natural earthy vetiver root, amber, patchouli and slight olibanum. The perfume in many ways is a more natural luxurious version of Terre D’Hermes. It accentuates the beautiful earthy vetiver notes of the perfume. The masculine leaning scent has moderate to strong sillage and very good longevity. Enjoy!

This one is a hidden gem. The opening is quite harsh and, to me, not the most appealing. The magic is in the post 15mins dry down. That’s when the aromatic Vetiver+Olibanum+Amber starts to shine. I am speculating that the lower ratings are due to the harsh opening and would change if folks persist with it till the drydown. The dry down is smooth, soft and comforting. Very versatile and unlikely to offend anyone (post first 15mins). Above average performance for a freshie / summer fragrance. Shukran Habibi!

The mix of lemon, pepper, and patchouli smells very mineral-like to me. You could also say it smells like lemon candy, and I probably wouldn’t argue. To me, it feels suitable for an older gentleman, or a more formal occasion. It leans masculine, though I can imagine a certain archetype of woman pulling it off. Smells good? But kind of basic. I’m not really a fan of this one, not gonna lie. It won’t make you stand out.

Not a super big fan of this one, but it might be better for those who really enjoy Vetiver. It doesn't project great on me, and the scent all together comes across a little too bitter for me. Somebody mentioned Terre D'Hermes Intense Vetiver and I can agree they fairly similar. For me this is 7/10 fragrance.

Musk is missing from the list of notes and it is predominant.

Basically Terre vetiver EDP, montale red vetiver dna with added sparkling sweetness and a little powdery vibe. Not over powdery. Beautiful. Unfortunately it lasts 4-5 hours with the first hour of projection then sits close. Worth $100-$150 ish dollars and would be appropriate to wear anywhere. Would shine in warmer climates beautifully. Safe blind buy if you like this scent profile, it just performs like an extrait then clings to skin but doesn’t push out like your would expect. ** for those of you that seek beast mode frags just know that just because this house makes extraits doesn’t mean they perform crazy. I’ve tried several from this house and I can say I liked almost everything. But I’ve had mixed performances from scent to scent. Even from the darker profiles that you would think are beast mode.

I finally picked up a bottle as I wanted to add this to my collection for a while. Since I left my first review I had the chance to sample LV Orage and Hermes Terre Eau Intense vetiver. I think this is a better version of both. I will have to get a few more wears in to gauge the performance of my bottle. It's less reflective of Montale Red Vetiver now that I have experience with it. I think this balances your traditional vetiver scent with some fresh sweetness from the juicy citrus, and neroli. Overall, a masculine scent that I think takes the Terre Eau intense DNA and improves on it. Will be back for an update soon. Edit: perceived as average performance but I think it’s a little nose blindness. 3-5 hours on skin with 4-6 on fabric. I assume like TdH it’s loaded with a heaping helping of ISOe...

Not sure if it's every Neumann Marcus but I just got one for 50 percent off, wouldn't have bought for 550, but 265, yes please! Great scent!
